Is Silhouette out of business? They don't answer their phones, never reply to emails, didn't respond to a snail mail letter and I can't even buy any media from their website because they never send the verification email. What is going on with them?

. I would like access to my Silhouette Software Store account. I've sent repeated emails over the past couple of months and get the same responses back. Not only that, but I am now on my hands and knees publicly BEGGING for your help. .
So.. this does nothing for me. The motor keeps wanting to go to the middle!! This started happening out of no where! Can someone help? I need to print lables for my business.
@@CreateWithSilhouette No they're not. Why can't I order any media from your site? I wanted to order the scratch off sticker. Silhouette never sent the verification emails. I sent a snail mail letter to you. NO response. I called. Can't leave a message. I even asked someone from the building next to you to leave a message on the phone in your reception area. NO response. She saw people in there. What is going on with your company? Are you out of business? Maybe it's time to move to Cricut. At least they answer the phone and respons to emails.
My Cameo 5 on macOS with latest studio and firmware is set to "Letter" paper on page, but it can't find the registration marks as it goes down too far and looks for them where they would be for A4. I am using the brushed metal sticker preset, which is your own letter sized paper. So it seems this combination is junk as it just does not work.
It would be VERY helpful to state which side of the sheet to print on. Your customer shouldn't have to guess! No where in this video nor inside the pack of shrink paper does it say on which side to print.
This was an excellent video and I loved how you walked us through a variety of simple projects. I do wish however that I could get a Silhouette customer service /tech support person via a phone call. I tried emailing and days later I have heard nothing back. Sooooo frustrating. Please ask your superiors to provide telephone support in addition to to the great video tutorials like yours above.
This machine is SO problematic. Even calibrating it only allows it to work for a couple rounds then it starts cutting incorrectly wasting expensive ink and sticker paper. Nothing fixes it. Maybe Circuit is better.
No recomiendo para nada el Cameo 5. Con menos de 3 meses de uso, se partió la pieza derecha donde está ubicada la rueda que agarra el tapete de corte. Cargué el material, le levanto una esquina pequeña del vinilo y eso bastó para cortar la pieza como si hubiese sido con un cuchillo caliente. La empresa que me lo vendió no me respondió por la garantía y Silhouette tampoco dijo nada. Un distribuidor autorizado de la marca en mi país (diferente al que me lo vendió) me dice que es un defecto de fábrica. No lo recomiendo para nada.
I'm logged in but my library is empty for some reason and I can't find where to put in my license key to unlock my upgraded version 😖 It just says "reset library cache" but I'm scared to click it lol
The Pen Holder (Type C) Is designed to insert into cartridge 2. This would allow you to sketch and then make a cut without stopping to switch out the tools.
Did you just say that that box is already on Silhouette? I'm going to open it and see. The library doesn't work. I turned off my computer several times. I'm stuck at choose your account.
This is all great. However when will I be able to just use my machine. I have had silhouette 1-5 Curio 1 and mint but at the minute really struggling to do anything with my cameo 5 really regretting the purchase. When is the upgrade fix going to be fixed, I am becoming disillusioned with your company after singing it praises for many years and countless recommendations to friends. I surely cannot be the only one still having issues 😢

You can not move the registration marks for Print & Cut. They are placed in specific areas just outside of the cutting boundaries. The registration marks should auto adjust according your your appropriate media size.
