Sadly, the engraving lines are huge. Why isn’t there a fine line etching blade?! 😔 I know it’ll probably come at some point but for now my Curio 2 is useless because it engraves so poorly (I.e. big swirls)

We just need the software to work with the latest Apple update now. 😢 ❤ xx

It is a high priority! There is a beta (test) version being tested now with a fix for the issues caused by Apple's update. You can try it now to see if it helps, or you can wait a few more weeks until they release a fully-tested version with the fix. www.silhouetteamerica.com/software/ss (Click the link that says "download beta versions")

Thank you for walking so clearly thru all the steps and going slow enough that I can see what you are doing. This silhouette is so different than cricut that Im so confused!

Silhouette needs to update their website to show the new tools and products associated with newer machines. Not going to buy products when you can’t keep up with support or accessories.

Is anyone struggling with the curio 2 cutting crooked or not following the design? I can’t seem to find any help. I’m so frustrated

Got all the way up to hitting send and the engraver tool starts two inches to the left of where it's supposed to start. Nothing I do corrects it. I think Imma send this 25 pound plastic paperweight back. grrr
