It'sa bit unclear for me how much should I eat I see the basic receip is with 1ts of neem/tourmeric, but this receip creates 4+4 marbles Am I suppose to eat all of them or just 1 + 1? And if just 1 + 1, should I keep them for next day or...just throw them? I don't really like throwing food tho
Can I preserve this for meal prep? Because I don't want to do that every morning😂 I tried to preserve it in a glasbox at roomtemperature, on the second day it already didn't taste good. Maybe in the fridge?
Be careful: do not make the balls too big and swallow them like a pill or you'll choke to death probably. Best thing to do is to break a little bit the neem and turmeric with your tongue before swallowing, and careful with the size of them. Dont make them too big. Hope this helps some of you xd I almost died the first time I took them
@@pranavpandey8308 hahahaha I normally break them a little bit with my fingers or chew them just a bit, then drink the water and swallow them just like when you take a pill. But yeah, be careful!! And dont chew them too much or your mouth will taste like sh*t xd
Here's what I do. I make the balls small enough (even if I have to take two at a time) and in addition before I swallow them with water I drop them in a shot glass with extra virgin olive oil. I then dig each one out with a fork. That way they will easily slide down your throat with no problem.
