@@DavidM2002 OK, thanks, I got it now. That's the drawing of the laser cutting, it shows all the small holes, lines with sequence, and white characters are "3015F 1250x500 Innovance Driver", as this plate is cut for Innovance driver wiring purpose. Maybe the camera was moving too quick😆

You've got me on this question. This video was made years ago, I didn't notice that. In my humble opinion, it makes a little more smoke on extruded acrylic than cast acrylic during laser cutting.

Depends on laser power and what finish result you preferred. In this video, it's 6000W laser power, can cut up to 22mm mild steel, despite the verticality tolerance and finish flatness.
I've never seen such a clean metal finish. I work with my laser with a 10 mm metal sheet and with such a poor cut quality it's just awful ( Perhaps this is due to insufficient experience
