Paul can box, at a high amateur level. All he has fought have been hand picked and imo the result was a foregone conclusion. This is about money with an exhibition match thrown in for the non boxing fans. In a real situation, Paul wouldn't last 1 of Tysons punches.
I have so much love and respect for these two guys. I've been watching them for years, and Jeff's tips have not only helped me get in the best shape of my life but also inspired me to become a personal trainer. Jeff's guidance was invaluable, and I passed the certification test with flying colors thanks to his videos. One day, I hope to on day be trained by Jeff in his gym.
Omfg I pulled my Achilles roller skating at the skatepark and as it was healing I started experiencing heel pain. This was so so helpful and I will definitely be focusing on more mobility throughout my body 😭🖤
issue with eating more is that it tires you out: a heavy lunch leads to unproductivity and laziness for the next 2 hours. Agree with the fact that eating more is definitely part of the equation, but I personally don't want it to come in the way of being productive throughout the day

Ok ik hes a strong guy but im a little worried for mike because hes such a legend and at his age one real good punch from jake could do some serious damage, but i pray to god mike beats the crap out of jake in the fight hahaha
