These "follow-along" work outs are my favorite for working out alone at home... I've been doinf the 10-minute chest (push-up) work out and the 6 and 7 minute ab follow-along work outs for almost a year and I'm loving the progress and results I've seen... More like this please!

Jeff, this is a thank you letter. I have been doing this every day for the past month after the day I found it. I’ve never had abs like the ones I do and it really helps within my sport (basketball) and also just general strength. Thank you for this. This has been extremely helpful! Keep up the great work!
Imo. Athlean's the best, and i've watched sooo many workout videos. Most ab workouts audibly crunch my lower back. Almost none of his exercises do. He seems to have a really good udnderstanding of body mechanics.
My 15 yo son & I just tried this ab workout yesterday. Neither one if us could complete 60 seconds of the hip drop leg drive exercise. I also had trouble keeping slow and steady on the last exercise. My abs and obliques are thoroughly sore today. Thank you for the workout. I am going to keep it in my daily routine.
I would recommend on the last exercise to just do a modified version of it where you just hold at a 45 degree angle until you build up enough strength to do the exercise properly then. Your abs develop strength pretty quickly so stick with it! Good work bud.

This a little bit more beginner than another one ive seen, which is my favorite of Jeff’s ab workouts. That being said I really like the second half of this workout and the exercises are definitely simpler while still burning like hell. The song choice is 🔥 as always
This reminds me of Ab Ripper X! Lot of the exercises seem the same but this looks a bit shorter. Super needed bc I've been wanting to work my core back up.
The timing of this video couldn't have been more perfect. I'll be doing this every morning before work and hitting the gym afterwards to finally start getting abs in as I always skip them in the gym.
This is perfect! I used to do your routine from like 4 years ago but I swear it was giving me back/hip pain (probably bad form). I was going to look for a new one today. These look much easier to control.
This is prolly the my fav workout Ive seen him post. Started it yestwrday flr the 1st time and just finished my 2nd set today. Im gon do my best to do this almost everyday and keep yall updated
Used to do one of your previous 7 minute workouts and saw visible progress within 2 weeks. Then illnesses and academics came along and dropped it altogether. Started again a week ago so this kinda came out at the perfect time lol

Love these short abs videos! My kids always join in LOL Wondering if you’re going to continue the best exercises ranked series. Would be great to see a forearm or a traps one! Other than that, I think the only other major muscles missing is calves and low back. Thanks!
I'm working out muscles I didn't even know I had and am sweating profusely, definitely saving this video to my bookmarks. Hopefully I can finish the exercise in one sitting at some point!

Thanks for all the tips….again 😊 I have a workout playlist. I have like 10 videos of you doing ab things I love it man! I feel the burn every time I do it! I don’t do them all at once or anything. I have two hours set aside to do physical therapy things for most weekdays. I pick and choose what I do.
