Been on Keto for 2 months now and i love eating bread..and ive tried a lot of recipes..But this one is my to go to Loaf Bread..I just love the texture of the bread and taste was spot on..I just changed the Warm water to Almond Milk...Thank you so much for this recipe and GodBless❤
I tried this long time ago and it tastes like fried coconut flour of course. I think adding cheese to the mix can make the taste a million times better and why not some onion powder to spice them up. They will never be french fries but they are better. I used a 1:1 ratio of coconut flour to cheese, added xantham gum and then I added a whole table spoon of onion powder, some chilli powder and of course some salt. And you do not eat them alone, you have to make a mayonnaise and greek yogurt sauce with some oregano and it tastes good enough. I haven't tried adding an egg there, which will make it even better I think, I'll try it next time.
This is the third time I've made this recipe, it's so delicious! I make two baguettes and one loaf of bread. Even the smell in the house is like real French bread! I threw out all of the so called "delicious" low carb CARDBOARD bread recipes😂
Hi Thanks for your nice Simit bread I am just wondering can i swap the honey to erythritol sugar and can i swap the flaxseed meal to extra almond flour . Thanks again
I wish I had found your recipe a year and so many let down recipes ago...Wow, this bread is the real thing!!! I watched your video, and made it exactly like the recipe says. As soon as I could slice it, it smelled so good, I couldn't wait. Absolutely delicious! Please rerelease this recipe to give hope to peoples like me that have tried so many recipes for low carb "delicious" bread only to be disappointed!
Wow I’ve never seen someone so entitled. You claim people were having a ‘party’ beer your seats… yet only show people standing in line for the bathroom… the bathroom that YOU chose to sit near. What he heck did you expect?? If you were that concerned about getting sick then maybe you shouldn’t have gone to Hawaii 😂 ever thought of that? Instead of filming a hard working flight attendant who is OBVIOUSLY eating her well deserved dinner many feet away from you. Did you eat while wearing a mask? Gosh some people really are stupid lol
I've been making a similar recipe for about 3-4 years now, I use 2 TBS arrow root, and 2 TBS gelatin to make it a little less bready and more New York pizza like.
Came out great ! Made several times…. I use Victoria's keto flour as a swap in for the almond flour ... these are on the regular rotation. I use this recipe all the time for Baguettes, hamburger rolls… slider rolls …. Going to make pretzels next!!!
TY it’s very delicious Didn’t know about you before You have an excellent way with directions You can’t fail with how you explain it TY to you and your wife For making my day in preventing diabetes
Can I let the first rise go longer than 90 minutes? I was thinking of leaving it overnight and baking in the morning. Thank you. I am anxious to try this recipe.
In searching for a low carb pizza crust recipe that does not make a cauliflower or fat head type dough I found your channel. I made it last night with some substitutions. I used all Victoria Keto Kitchen newest flour mixture (she calls VKK) in place of the flax, almond and oat fiber. I just added them together and used 85 grams of the VKK flour. I omitted the xanthan gum as her flour has this as part of her mixture. It came out amazing 😋This was the best low carb pizza crust I have ever made. I have left overs for today 🙂 Thank you so much 😘
I thought keto was supposed to be gluten-free. Im diabetic, and this is the diet the dietician has put me on, telling me that gluten grains are much too inflammatory. Now i find that the only decent-looking breads have gluten in them. Can you point me in the direction of a real keto bread that is yeast raised and gluten-free?
Luv the texture and taste of this recipe. I seem to have a problem with bread caving in during baking. rises nicely in pan, but seems to fall when I move it to the oven for baking. Suggestions??
I made it and became very watery. What may i done wrong?? The flaxseed meal is flower flaxseed or crushed??? Also i dont have a mixer . I did it all by hand. Mention that if it is that the problem
Thank you as a type 2 diabetic I miss Sushi rolls like you would not believe. My Granddaughter had a go at making them with Konjac rice today she said it was very wet and hard to roll, now I have the answer. I figured you would need to dry out the Konjac but had not worked out how.
I am so bummed.. I followed the instructions to the T and it didn't rise. I let it rise the full 90 min and it barely rose 25% anyone else have this happen? I used a kitchen scale and my stand mixer for the full mixing time. I am 62 and a very good baker/cook.. yeast is new. just don't get it.. I'm bummed
Sorry, it didn't work for you. It works for us every time we make it and also it works great for so many people. Everybody loves it! Try our other bread recipe maybe that would work better for you... Cheers. Gigi
Hi I am new to your Chanel your respire sounds amazing all the ing I have but wheat gluten I stay a way from Wheat because it’s wheat right can you please elaborate on this subject Thank you So much !
The Monk Fruit you link to has Erythritol, which can be bad for your health, as the main ingredient. If I was to substitute it with a liquid sweetener, would I need to adjust the water amount? Or add more of one of the other dry ingredients?
That intensely publicized but lame study was done without actually "feeding" anyone, (much less anyone on keto) with supplemental dietary erythritol. People who are sicker seem to make their own as part of the disease process. Yes, our own bodies, especially when very sick, will make erythritol, too! That scientific fact is tightly censored, perhaps to protect PhARMA financial interests in keeping us fat, sick and depressed??? ~But, for this recipe, instead of adding liquids which may throw the recipe off, figure out the equivalent of Allulose + Xylitol (not just allulose which may burn faster), Bochasweet or perhaps 100% stevia or monkfruit powders? Just keep it dry. Stevia & monkfruit powders have such low volume that they might not work alone, but you can try. Bread baking tends to be pretty sensitive to dry/wet proportions. Since I have deeply researched this silly fear-mongering study, I have decided for myself that dietary erythritol is an unlikely danger, high carb diets are.
