Making these now as they look amazing... my dough stays sticky when kneading by hand with olive oil... do i keep adding oil to my hands? It also appears very soft...would refrigerating the dough for a bit helps? Your dough appears sonethat dry and more solid. Help!
Glad to hear you tried it! It can be sticky depending on the egg size and cheese measurement etc. I carefully sprinkle more oat fiber on the dough until it’s easier to work with. Good luck! Let us know how it comes out.
