Dying Light 2: Renaissance is a community project that aims to recreate the Elyseum, a cut map region from DL2.
Starting in March 2023, we assembled a team of passionate modders and creative minds familiar with DL2 Developer tools to create one of the biggest map projects in Dying Light franchise history. We are dedicated to recreate the Elyseum and it's surrounding areas with the highest accuracy and attention to details.

How am I supposed to get around the city without yellow paint, you guys better yellow paint this entire place. while also destroying all the good work, you’ve done by putting yellow paint on everything.
This looks amazing, I hope this map can be played on consoles with that same parkour and that same world, I can't wait to see it and play it, good job.
All i could say and hopefully u would notice is: keep an eye on coltychen, this person is prob a feminist. and dont u guys forget why we couldnt have elysium in the original game in the first place.
This looks amazing, when can we try it out? Also, will you guys be adding stuff like a questline or story? How deep will you go with the project? I'm obviously not expecting DL2.5 from you, hell I'd be happy with just a small map, but I've seen the crazy levels of dedication that small but very passionate teams can have.
Now this is Dying Light 2, which I was dreaming of. This is it. I loved every shot, detail, and every speck of dust in this show. I am now crazy 🤯 I am speechless as a lover of Dying Light 1. I can say that this work is excellent and amazing in all respects…. I want to cry of joy 🥹🤧
It seems like Aiden's hands don't "reflect" the lighting of the world. Sometimes they're too bright while the rest of the world is dark/gritty. Seems like he is separate from the world. P.S. the world you've built is amazing, can't wait to test it out.
What I would give to see dying light 2 E3 2018 remake. Just imagine if they put the Renaissance team in charge of map design with all the good updates that made dying light 2 better. I would have 100% waited longer to have tech land bring us this version of the game, seems like my wait is now on you guys. God speed y’all this is amazing.
Man, do me a favor. Change this game, because the current state of this shitty game is really disappointing. You are changing this game for good, something that even the creators himselfs can't do, the music hits so good (i know it is a remix from 28 days), so perfectly of what this game would've been before

(пожалуйста, согласитесь) I watched Timon's interview and there he said that if the Renaissance team agrees to add this map to the original game (not as community maps), then Techland is very likely to do so. So, if Techland had asked a similar question, would you, Renaissance, have agreed to add Elysium to the original game? (please agree)
Bro dying light 2 would of probably be like one of the best games out there if it actually looked like this sadly it’s a disappointment now that’s why not a lot of people play it

@@bobgus yes, everything you see will most likely come to pc, can't say anything about console at the moment though. (due to no official modding tools being released for the game)
If you look at the mountain at 3:06, you can see houses there that were not on the old trailers. And the castle itself has become much more detailed, including the water tower. There may be a lot of interesting things waiting for us on the territory of the Eagle Castle, perhaps even a war for these territories. Personally, I suggest introducing some faction into the forest in the style of the Seraphites from "the last of us 2" or the Edemites from "Far cry New Dawn", who had a conflict with the peacekeepers and we decided who to help. But everything is gorgeous as it is
