It probably wasn't even the devs fault that the game ended up how it did. Upper management likely forced them to scrap most pre-2020 work, then remake everything from near scratch to sever all connections to Chris Avellone. That includes the map, the enemies/factions, designs, animations, and most of the story.
@@Alex34567I agree ppl hate on the game for being unfinished these ppl need to understand that Techland went through development Hell and poor management and because of that Techland had to scrap everything and a lot of ppl don't know this and give a lot of hate without knowing the Reason 🤦🏼♂️
@@Alex34567Lol have you seen the last 2 years worth of work? It was definitely due to their incompetence. They’ve produced NOTHING but grindy shit for the past 2 years straight and did nothing but restore broken surface mechanics that should have been there day one.
@@Mitch_Conner75926 Those mechanics were probably scrapped during development. I doubt it was their intention. Do you really think that the developers wanted to just throw away years of work? Think for once.
Never realised the other versions of the world and the story you guys will do with it. You guys are competing with Techland. They're working on DLC 2 while you guys are on this. Expecting this project to be better than the main campaign and a not too far away from having a tie with DLC 2.
Oh my god I just shit myself with excitement, not to be inquisitive but will we be able to explore the inside of the buildings in the background or maybe a new district?, It would be great to create a lore of the map and its structures!!
Like what happened to that? They said our choices will change the world like if I wanted to go with the survivors I want to look like that from the beginning. Where does a lot more windmills and the sky is blue or I wanted to destroy the city I wanted to look like the entire city to be in ruins and the sky turns dark like come on what happened to that will they ever decide? To bring that back

”2025 lol” guys calm down he probably just meant that’s how long we need for the map, we did a interview with backboardfilms recently and our release is going to be late 2025, however, as we progress further and further, things could change. Not saying they will, but you never know.

Their are no firearms expected to be in here until we get a good in-depth look at the firearm ai if it’s horrible then we’re not going to be including firearms
The map will be playable on all platforms, like any other custom map. The important thing is, we're waiting for TL to release official tools for modding textures-scripts etc. For now, the custom textures-scripts-lighting only work on PC due to no official tools being released. But TL said they will release these tools, so nothing to worry about.
@@whatmean9049 By ,, Even more,, we mean, old concept arts that were good, ideas for city like techland had and restoring old stuff, so for example our Director of project completely bring to life concept art of NATO military base in Elyseum, that never came to game, we re also using concept arts as inspiration for look of each district, like Herringhton that we re so proud of results how its looking now :))
