Hi, yes, we recommend removing both covers when using the air purification mode. This will ensure best possible airflow and lowest noise level. ~ Team Sirena
We don't have a carpet shampooer ourselves, but this one from Prolux is compatible with the Sirena vacuum: proluxcleaners.com/products/prolux-storm-universal-carpet-shampoo-system-deisgned-to-fit-hyla-pro-aqua-sirena-ritello-vacuums ~ Team Sirena
Make a video about how to store the Sirena. It will not fit in the laundry room. I have the actual machine on rollers under a table. I have the hoses in 2 rooms. I placed a belt on the top handle because I cannot pull the machine without the hose coming out of the machine. It isn't perfect. I would not trade it for anything else. I just wish I could store it easier.
I put all my pieces in the box it came it and set the machine next to it in the garage.. If I didn't have the box I would put it in a crate or large bucket instead
Where are Sirenas made? I have read mixed reviews about them. Of course, the Rainbow salespeople are not happy that their patents expired and they'll say that the Sirenas are less good. Knowing where the vacuums are manufactured can give customers a better idea. This is not my sole deciding criteria, but it would be a good tidbit of information to have.
Hi, the main motor is made in Italy, but the vacuum itself is assembled in China. It's not the only reason our vacuum is cheaper compared to the American-made Rainbow, but it's definitely one of the factors. The claim about "Sirena vacuums being less good" usually references the lack of certain premium attachments and features. However, in terms of actual cleaning performance (suction power, airflow, attachment quality) our vacuum is extremely close to Rainbow despite being a fraction of the price. The Sirena also has a low speed mode for air purification, same as the Rainbow. Hope this helps clarify a few things. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
Hi, the Sirena vacuum is currently on sale for $798 (when purchased directly from us) and we also have recertified units starting from only $498. Let us know if you have any questions. ~ Team Sirena

Is long hair a problem stopping the vacuum from working? How good is the suction? I can vacuum then clean the carpet still has a lot of hair left it it. how about cleaning under appliances etc. How about edge clean? Like along a wall. Sincerely Zeka
Hi Zeka, the beater brush inside the power nozzle can be removed and cleaned of any tangled hair. There is also a crevice cleaning tool included with every Sirena vacuum. It's perfect for edge cleaning and also cleaning hard-to-reach areas. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
The Sirena is a MUST HAVE! I absolutely love mine! It makes cleaning FUN and I always look forward to and enjoy cleaning my whole house with this amazing total home cleaning system! Cleanest house and air I've ever had. So healthy for my environment. Water Filtration Vacuums are the ONLY way to guarantee 100% non-stop suction and airflow, 100% of the time!! No nasty bags or filters that clog, get filthy, cause a massive loss of suction and pollute the air by exhausting dust and pollutants back out into the air! More than a vacuum.... besides cleaning all floor types, it also cleans mattresses, baseboards, blinds, air vents, stairs, upholstery, dusts furniture, and separate air purification and aromatizing feature. My first canister vacuum and I can't believe the versatility! I'm your biggest fan!!!!
We recommend limiting the use of the Sirena in low-speed mode to 4 hours at a time, then allowing the motor to cool down and replacing the water in the basin. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
Hi, there is no shampooer attachment included with the Sirena, but you can buy a compatible one from Prolux here: proluxcleaners.com/products/prolux-storm-universal-carpet-shampoo-system-deisgned-to-fit-hyla-pro-aqua-sirena-ritello-vacuums Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena

It’s a super nice machine… my mom bought a Rainbow last year. I’ve developed some major allergy issues and I had to buy the Sirena today … my health is worth the cost but I couldn’t do the Rainbow price tag.
I had someone come to my house today, 8/12/2022 and presented the Rainbow vacuum. It was impress but the price tag was over $3K...no thanks so here I am searching for a vacuum and found Sirena
Most Sirena owners strain the water through the smaller opening in the basin (some prefer using a cheap strainer but that's optional) and throwing the remaining debris and hair in the garbage. Some dump the water outside if their circumstances allow (e.g. in the flowerbed). Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
The Kalorik does not have air purification or aromatizing function at all. Also it doesn't have a carpet powerhead with an agitation brush roller. So it doesn't really work on carpet and if you try to vacuum carpet wirh it, it's very difficult and ineffective. It also is not an 8 in 1 unit like Sirena. Cost is definitely much cheaper, but it's really just a hard floor vacuum that uses water as a filtration method but doesn't have any other features. The Sirena is the total package.
Hi, sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Sirena vacuum. Here is a quick guide for disassembling the water basin: sirenasystem.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Sirena-Water-Basin-How-To-Disassemble.pdf Basically, you need to first remove the entire unit (motor + basin) from the base and then detach the basin from the motor unit. Don't unlatch the basin before attempting to lift the motor off the base as that may result in accidental spillage! If you're still having trouble - feel free to give customer service a call (toll-free) at 1-855-474-7362 (M-F, 9am - 5pm ET). ~ Team Sirena
We just purchased our Sirena system vac and I have a question.. is it ok to leave the back cover on while running the vacuum? Seems like with it on the exhaust air is being clogged
i am very interested in the vacuum but the reviews on amazon are 33% at 1. Cause they break. very fearfull in paying 500 + for something that might break
Hi Andrew, it's possible you found an outdated Amazon listing. This is our current listing on Amazon: www.amazon.com/Sirena-Bagless-Vacuum-Cleaner-Premium/dp/B082J8VMKZ/ Let us know if you have any questions. ~ Team Sirena
I think the poor reviews are because of user error, not the Sirena. I suspect those folks were not familiar with the concept of water filtration vacuums or the maintenance needed. To me, the best and only way to guarantee a vacuum that only exhausts clean, pure air, doesn't damage indoor air quality and never has a loss in suction or air flow is a water filtration vacuum.
Hi Darryl, the HEPA filter is just a backup, not the primary filtration method. Most of the incoming dust and dirt gets trapped inside the water basin. The HEPA filter catches the remaining 0.01% of particles that aren't water-soluble to ensure the exhausted air is as clean as you can possibly get. Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
The upper part of Sirena, blue, is getting very warm after just a few minutes of using Sirena for collecting dust from floor or furniture. Is this normal? (I keep water level always above minimum).
Hi, it's normal for the main unit to get warm during operation. If it's getting too hot to the touch, however, it may indicate an issue with the motor cooling which is handled by a bypass airflow. If you believe there is an issue with your Sirena's motor cooling - please get in touch with customer service at 1-855-474-7362 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm ET) or at info@sirenainc.com ~ Team Sirena
Does it have?????? A filter you have to change or can change?????? rainbows have a filter you can't change an then it starts smelling like a dirty wet dog!!! I've had three different rainbow vacuums,
Hi Pam, the Sirena vacuum has a washable replaceable HEPA filter which is located just before the exhaust vent. We recommend washing it once every 4-6 months and replacing once every 12-18 months (depending on the usage). Let us know if you have any other questions. ~ Team Sirena
Should HEPA cover be in place, while I'm using Sirena for cleaning carpet or collecting dust from floor and furniture, or HEPA cover must be removed? I remember on my old Rainbow there was no HEPA cover and those white filters were visible. That's why I have this question. Thanks!
We just had a Rainbow vacuum salesman to the house, the offer was 3800 dollars lol I was like I would pay 500 for that 😄 here I found sirena recertification vac for 500 dollars
