Let’s put a hot young girl in shape on this Contraption. That will make it sell. Dad comes home and wonders why her door her is out of alignment And hinges are broken.
What if your high hip (upslip side) is your short leg?...and your left side (which has a forward rotation of the pelvis) is your long leg? How do I self-correct that pattern?
You make walking fun again. I’m hearing staying alive with the exaggerated stride and that makes for a fun day of walking in good health! Thank you soo much 🤗
Thank you and God bless you for removing my persistent bad breth from stomach when taking & Gerd/Acid reflux symptoms completely when I came across Dr.Ohanon🥀🥀
I suffered at least 15 yrs with this, didn't know it was called "High Hip" until I searched and searched RU-vid. I finally found this video and it changed my life too! I honestly couldn't believe it, I am eternally grateful to Dr. Chuck Tillotson D.C.! A number of summers ago, I was visiting my sister, an R.N. I was telling her about my "high hip" and that I found a video on RU-vid that helped me put it back in! She said she suffers from it too, and she is on her feet all day. I showed her the video, helped her with the maneuver, and it corrected her hip too, immediately! She later told me that she has since shown many of her fellow Nurses and it has helped them too! Thank you So Much Dr. Tillotson!
I get lower back muscle spasm especially after wiping after going in the bathroom which make it hard to properly clean myself in that area without getting extreme muscle spasm when trying to wipe after going to the bathroom
Hey @jerodoverfield9635, I highly recommend you to watch this video to ease your lower back pain ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WJZmejSbJgM.html It is about forefoot walking, normal and proper way of walking (just look at toddlers walking barefoot). Your back will thank you later. Enjoy 👍
This video changed my life 6 days ago! I haven't been able to walk or stand "normally" for over a decade (more like 20 years, but didn't want to sound dramatic). Tried it all. On day one things were different. Now I'm at Day 6 and seems like it's a permanent fix. (I've only done the first and 3rd exercise every other day, one time!) THANK YOU!
@@mybackloop How great to hear from you, Dr. C! I was going to try and reach your practice (I live in Europe) and see if you have other content out there. We need your know-how and perspective out here on the web! Instagram??
Thanks Doctor so much for very valuable informative video that I have just seen it today.I have been suffering law back muscles pain seriously almost a month, and taking family doctors’ prescriptions. And then,I went to the physical therapist 5 times but didn’t he very wellI. My situation now is I can’t get and sit up easily from the bed every morning but try hardly. So, I hope that will help me a lot. Thanks 🙏
Hi Ryan. Yes. There is lots going on with scoliosis, the brain plays a big part. It might be a good idea finding a good AK chiropractor or maybe better yet a chiropractic neurologist in your area. Just look up pelvic chiropractic blocks.
Thank you so much. Does anything change if you walk with a cane? I am 69 and for the last 2 years or so I have to really focus on picking my right foot for some reason. I have tripped and fallen several times so I use a cane to avoid the fall. I have "severe" arthritis in my right knee as well. I assume it would be better to take 2 shorter walks rather than the long one I enjoy.
Mr. Dr. I had hip joint pain on right side from last 3 year, due to this my left side pelvic rotated up and right side down... Hence, right leg is bigger than the left leg... Plz suggest a helpful exercise to correct this....
I tried the first exercise and it was working well. I may have gotten too eager because it pulled my lower back where I have degenerative discs. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do it without aggravating my lower back?
I know that one of my hips is higher, but can’t really determine which one :( I just see that my right foot tilts towards left when I put my legs straight in front of me, can you please help me with the answer? I also feel that when standing straight and bending my right leg feels normal and flexible, but doing it with my left leg, fells tight and locked. What if i do the exercises on both sides? I would really appreciate your answer thank you 🙏
Doctor Chuck, can you please answer a few questions about the pelvic blocks you use in this video? Are the dimensions of the high-block and the low-block different or are they both the same shape and just positioned differently under the hips? Where can we purchase those blocks? I've been sleeping flat on my back each night (with a pillow under the knees) because I was told that the quadratus lumborum becomes tight when you sleep on your sides. But even on my back, I wake up each day with my right QL feeling tight and painful as if it's become tightened throughout the night. I'm wondering if sleeping with the pelvic blocks might help prevent the tightening. Thank you very much.
What if my right hip is high but right leg is shortened... In which direction i should do these exercises? I was scoliosis patient and now my scoliosis is corrected through surgery but my pelvis is still tilted? Do these exercises work for me?
Go with the high hip, stretch both hip flexors, a must is to incorporate bridges to develop extensor tone to inhibit excess flexor tone which is always present in scoliosis. (This is an absolute MUST) YOU can't do enough bridges and strengthen the pelvic floor. Whoever you have seen for the scoliosis up to this point should have prescribed bridges along time ago.
