www.mybackloop.com. Our invention, the Backloop is a truly portable spinal decompression device. It focuses on the discs in your spine which is where the most back pain and dysfunction start. Prevention is the key in today's healthcare environment and the Backloop allows you to prevent spinal degeneration from even starting because it induces motion into the spine and its discs.
The Backloop improves posture, flexibility and decreases and stops pain. It is also particularly effective at targeting disc protrusions and herniations. Sitting all day at work compresses your spine and sets the stage for degeneration, pain and disc herniations. The Backloop is far superior to an inversion table and is a very portable and easy to travel with. Don't leave home without it.
It even helps athletes - jump higher, run faster or just hit the golfball or baseball farther, whatever is important to you. Just being able to engage and enjoy life pain free makes the Backloop a great investment. Less expensive that an inversion table and far more functional; get your life back with the Backloop.
About 40 of our patients participated in the pre-market trials, with outstanding results. All participants have reduced the frequency of their chiropractic care and are very pleased with the benefits and freedom the Backloop has given them.
A series of outstanding self corrections and exercises videos are now posted to help you remain or stay pain free. These exercises are centered around The Backloop and walking correctly and will be particularly beneficial for individuals who do want to do preventative and proactive therapy in the comfort of there own home.
Most medical offices charge between $50-$85 for a single spinal decompression treatment where with the Backloop, its pay once and treat forever. Everyone, regardless of their condition will benefit from the Backloop. Take advantage of the 90 day money back guarantee and change your life for the better.

BRUH!!!! you just alleviated close to a year of pain and aching ive been having in my left pelvis. It was affecting everything in my life and i couldnt workout, squat, or lift because of this. I legit could not turn over in bed while sleeping without hip pain/thigh pain waking me up. I've been doing these movements 2-3 times a day and can't believe the instant relief. Bless you! I mean it, life changing.

This video changed my life 6 days ago! I haven't been able to walk or stand "normally" for over a decade (more like 20 years, but didn't want to sound dramatic). Tried it all. On day one things were different. Now I'm at Day 6 and seems like it's a permanent fix. (I've only done the first and 3rd exercise every other day, one time!) THANK YOU!

+sparilis I agree this video has liberated me as well. I have been seeing my chiropractor for nearly a year for my "long leg", was in excruciating pain...even went out on tour with it. Just found your video had therapy about 10 years ago where they showed me for a high right hip how to press your left foot against the wall and with your right leg bent push against the wall with your left leg and opposite pressure against your right leg that is bent. It seemed to work ok but your method seems to work better. I do hear a pop in the hip I believe on moving the left leg in the first exercise but no issue. Any comments and thank you for your video it is a life saver

The high hip is the shorter because the muscles are tighter and are pulling it higher. It's usually accompanied by shoulder retraction and overactive quadratus lumborum on the same side as the high hip. You should stretch that QL and strengthen the opposite one along with many other muscles.

Doing what physical exercises? I have that exact problem been trying to correct it but not sure which ones will help. I do bridging, scapular retraction, squats, dorsal glide, and others.

This really does work. I've had a shorter right leg for years. I started jogging and running in September 2017. The difference doesn't cause pain but it affects my stride and I have to pay attention and compensate while I'm running. I just tried the stretches here for a couple minutes and it brought my hip down enough to where there's almost no difference now.

Thank you for this hopeful cure. You might want to clarify your terms, and amplify on the discussion. The long leg really isn’t longer, it just ‘appears’ to be so, as the bottom of, in this person’s case, if she were wearing slacks, the pant leg would be higher up the leg. This is my case. My left leg, I like the way my pant leg comes down my leg nicely. The right, ‘long leg’ pant leg hangs higher up the leg, w my ankle showing. Also, this hip rotation causes my right foot to ‘splay’ outward, and causes inflammation above right knee (inner thigh). Hopefully your treatment cures will work.

Do these exercises move the higher hip down or do they move the lower hip up higher? My right hip is higher than my left hip due to walking tip toed with my right foot for about 4 years while at home. My right heel use to get very dry so while at home I would put lotion on it & walk tip toed on it so the cream wouldn't rub off. Doing this for years made my right hip higher. I walk odd now too because of it.

It agrees perfectly. Your left hip is high and it's on the weaker side. The left glut max will be weaker, therefore stretch the left hip flexors and strengthen the left glut max and left sided abdominals.

I tried the first exercise and it was working well. I may have gotten too eager because it pulled my lower back where I have degenerative discs. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do it without aggravating my lower back?

Thank you so much for sharing. You mentioned to "Stretch out right hip flexors and strengthen glute and abs on the right coupled with the high hip correction", how about tight QL, erector and lat? I feel they are very tight and it seems they pull my pelvis up. Your another video of walking is helpful for glute Max, would you please inform us about abs and flexors? Thanks a lot in advance.

+Chuck Tillotson, Thanks for the video! I see how this works for maintenance... but will these methods eventually correct the hip rotation & elevation or simply manage it? / Can the issue be fixed permanently! Thanks :)

Could you please clarifying why the high hip is the longer leg? Wouldn’t the higher hip be the short leg? I’ve had chronic hip misalignment and often the high hip is the short leg, so could you clarify or lead me to a video that explains the anatomy more? Thanks!

Thank you Dr. Tillotson. I'm in pain for the past 4 days. My left waist is painful sore and I turn my head to the right but my head turns less to my left. When I walk or stand on left I can feel a tender of pain in the left lower gluteal part. Is there a relation with these two? One causing the other? and how can I help myself? My chiropractor sees me on Tuesday. God Bless You and your lady model Forever for all your great demos with care and concerns

Hi Cynthia ----- The left wrist can be a left neck and or left shoulder issue and sometimes even the right ankle. Often times the left SI joint instability can cause tension up into the left neck as the muscles on the left side tighten up trying to stabilize the left SI joint. Your chiropractor should be able to assess you for this but ... if not. Try this simple test. Legs together bent forward at the waist paying attention to your range of motion or pain level. Now do legs about 2 1/2 feet apart and see if ROM and or pain improve. If ROM or pain improve - strongly consider an SI belt and exercises to strengthen glute max and pelvic floor. The legs apart help stabilize and push pelvis together. Hope this helps....God Bless You too! Dr. Chuck Also if you sit and tighten up your glutes and can turn your head to the left side further....then the SI is a player......Try this with your mouth fully open as well to see if TMJ is involved too!

I'm so CONFUSED. Not to sound ignorant but if my right hip is HIGHER than the left---doesn't that mean that my right leg is longer??? I've been advised to place a foot lift in my right shoe, I'd hate to be doing the wrong thing for so long. Pls advise

Hi, I wish to clarify method 2, are you saying the lower hip gets the shoe head pointing down, and the higher hip gets the shoe head pointing down? So both hip bones get supported by the middle section of the shoes? Thanks.

Do these exercises work for a high hip if you also have scoliosis? I had assumed that the right scoliosis (right convexity) had caused the high left hip

Thank you SO much! Works like magic, with very little effort, which is amazing. A question. If it is the same leg that has always been the problem, do you keep doing the exercise, or only if the hip loses its alignment? Many thanks

Hi Betty....Check your hip height frequency and do if hip is off. The frequency of needing to do the exercise should decrease. If not something is setting up this pattern. Hope this helps. Dr. Chuck

Hi Dr. Chuck, shouldn't the high side, be in posterior rotation ? I mean, as there is posterior rotation , the asis will move upwards?

i have a question, ive had this problem on my left side for years and didnt know what it was and how i should get rid of it now i do and every time i do the first exercise , it fixes a good part of my issue and my shoulders are a little bit more leveled then then when i wake up or later in the day its back to how is was. i want to know how long i should follow the first step doing it every night and almost every morning and start seeing permanent results because it keeps going back. i also like lifting and want to know if i work out each side of my body one side at a time and equally and separately id be ok. or i should go to physical therapy can this be issue be completely cured? also i lifted weights in the pass and felt my left side get more of an exercise then my right is this cuz of the hip? i want to be able to lift and be active thank you for hearing me out

Doctor Chuck, can you please answer a few questions about the pelvic blocks you use in this video? Are the dimensions of the high-block and the low-block different or are they both the same shape and just positioned differently under the hips? Where can we purchase those blocks? I've been sleeping flat on my back each night (with a pillow under the knees) because I was told that the quadratus lumborum becomes tight when you sleep on your sides. But even on my back, I wake up each day with my right QL feeling tight and painful as if it's become tightened throughout the night. I'm wondering if sleeping with the pelvic blocks might help prevent the tightening. Thank you very much.

Also, if I so the back loop rotations then is it possible my left hip could become wider than my right? I think it may already be that.. should I hold my left hip area in place, hold it tightly or strongly.. or what?

Thanks for the video Doc, but I have a question. It seems to me, I have exactly the problem highlited on the video, right side higher hip, but I reckon that with the first exercises I am twisting my hip toward the left side, where there is the lower hip, whereas with the blocks exercises I am turning the hip towards the opposite side. Isn'it this a contradiction? Thank a lot. Manuele

Hello Doc~ What can be done if this is occurred after surgery from hip fracture… (also developed heterotopic ossification on hip). Thank you for your insight!

First think different that what you have been told. The body puts calcium (bone) down as a method of stabilizing an instability. So think of the hip as a symptom of instability. Focus on the tone of the spine to improve function of the hip. Improve stability of pelvic floor along with improved stability of the spine will improve biomechanics and stability in the hip. The body will then stop trying to stabilize the hip by depositing bone. Hope this helps. Start doing pelvic floor exercises coupled with bridges. Dr. Chuck
