Due to the logistics of Dave's residence/work place, he wanted him to move closer to work and a "tardy clause" due to multiple incidents? Seems reasonable. Love Dave but this comes across as whiny, especially since crowder has never said an unkind word about Dave specifically.
When you work in construction you need FM radio and no matter what station you pick you will always hear a couple songs that should legit never be played again. Hotel California for example.
