@@wisconsincoyotecallin8620 looking for you on FB, any other way to identify you other than your name? Seeing your name, but nothing else to identify-- thanks dude
When I saw the female stop in the grass it looked like she saw a mouse or a mole and that got her attention to stop catch and start to eat, that was entrusting.
Meth mouth 😂 having the same problem in these fields of Virginia, they are there but hesitant-- night time is best here! Imma try fawn to start off too! Stay safe brother
That 243 keeps the fir damage down for sure, so does your accurate shooting! You hunt some real pretty land--nothing like hearing that caller echo across the field into the woods! I agree, goin after them is what I do too if they howl close by--ill wait to draw them out but I go after them as well! Good times! Def enjoy your vids, stay safe brother!
Heck yeah brother! Great vid! That first shot dumped that sucker! Was impressed you hit the second, then a nice clean finisher. Good stuff as per usual my man!
Great job.. Nice finish on the second. Have had a few dogs showing up on trail camera at my deer blind at night. Problem is we can't hunt now during pups being born here in MI.🤬 Keep up the good work.
Watchin religiously from Lynchburg VA--nice poke on those 2! Sweet Tika 6.5 Creedmoor! Im runnin a new Ruger American Gen2 243 Winchester--Vortex Viper 6.5 20x44---MFK calls on a FoxPro X24--good times! Stay safe brother
@@kevinmartin2096 man that X24 with the MFK sounds on it is solid! I hear guys playing that Lucky Duck on RU-vid and LD sounds pretty good too! I like the Lucky Duck howls! Overall those MFK calls are great! Mostly all the library of calls are MFK and they work!
I just sold my ruger gen 2 .243..it was an awesome rifle...just didn't really need it....look up "jard triggers" and put one of those in that ruger...that thing will shoot wayyyy better..the factory trigger was the worst part of thst rifle
@@wisconsincoyotecallin8620 I have yet to take it out to the field, but it's setup minus the zeroing! I'll def be payin attention to that trigger! Thanks for the jard triggers tip! My active gun I take out is a 6.5 Creedmoor Savage Axis, with an AGM TS25-256 thermal--and for close hunting as I see your now doing, a Winchester SXP 12 gauge--so I have the tools!
Thats not your new Tikka ,,,whatcha running there a 6.5 ?? that second was runnin with her guts hangin , then the mercy shot was square in the middle of her head ... oops I commented before it was over !! No worries about talkin Tikka < ive owned many flavors over the years ,,,my favorites are my Tikkas ,,just yesterday received my T3x Super Varmint in 223 ....
your going to absolutely love that super varmint. Such a solid rifle. And yes, it was a finishing head/neck shot...the thwap was loudddd...thanks for watching
143 grain hornady eldx. little big but if the shot placement is good it usually doesnt do any damage. mainly shoot that round because its the most accurate i have found in that rifle.. and ill take accuracy over anything. thanks for watching
Nice, thanks for the reply. I hear you on the accuracy aspect. Gotta feed it what it likes. My 6.5 likes 140 ELDM’s at the moment. I’ll have to try those at some point.
Always following this guy. In the beginning he only used a 22-250 was missing a lot of long shots. Then he started hunting with a pal that had other calibers. I think he borrowed his rifle some then he got better at long distances. Now he seldom misses. Good videos following from my armchair.😊😊😊
