No, the grill top is cast aluminum and the top has ceramic titanium coating, used it all weekend and just wiped with a paper towel. the last day I took the grill top off and used dish soap to clean it ,it won’t rust
unfortunately I have so many deer that they ate all the corn before the pigs walked by, I made a batch of sour corn mix and it will be ready this weekend . so this time I am going too dig a hole and then cover it . I will update for sure.
Thanks for the video! I think I will go pick one up. Saw it at Academy and it looks roomy. Going to retire the ol' Oklahoma Joe's Bronco. I just got tired of having to remove everything from the top just to add more coal or wood.
I just bought the same grinder and now they have a dual grind adapter which I added to my purchase. I make a lot of deer and wild hog sausage and was debating getting the mixer over the winter once I get my grinder in. Long term, how do you like the tilt mixer? Easy to clean, worth the effort instead of hand mixing in a meat tote? What is involved with the clean up? Do you have to take it apart? Happy HOlidays....its time to grind!!
Still works great , I use the motor every season making sausage or summer sausage only one thing not 100% duty cycle , it’s 60/40 duty cycle it has a breaker switch, so you cannot overheat it
The fuel line you used, is it just a general generic gas line to propane tank to bbq? Im tryina. My house runs on protane and trying to connect my bbq to it.
I'm in the same boat. My STOK Gridiron regulator is broken and I'm guessing they are out of business cause I can't even login to their site. The part is not available aftermarket either. I've got the broken regulator in the on position and hooked up a 20# gas bottle and use it's on/off valve. Stinks, not portable at all.
Why I sent my Oklahoma Joe back. I'm not a fan of products made in China. When I was looking for a charcoal grill made in the USA, Oklahoma Joe came up. I even saw where they were building a new factory in STILLWATER Oklahoma. Okay, that's great. I placed the order a couple of hours later, and I found out Rambler is made in China. I tried to cancel the order the same day. I do not support a country that is trying to undermine America and who treathen America. If that unit was made in the USA by American workers, I would've kept it.
I was all up on using post oak wood for smoking but did a brisket last week and realized 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔after taking a few bites of my brisket sandwich I wasn't tasting no smoke 😢😢😢IM GOING BACK TO USING MESQUITE WOOD or at times mixing mesquite with the oak I have 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
