I analyzed this video and the participating NPCs. As someone said there were 4 NPCs involved. #1 turned into the player, #2 was the one the player bounced off, #3 was the one was truck he ended up in (and who shot him) and #4 was the one who ran him over after his death. So far I realized that #1 had no reason to turn to the left this sudden. It was definitely an attack. We can't put any blame on #2 who was just sitting in his car and driving forward, being an accidental obstacle. We could say, he was driving very slowly on purpose to be hit by the player, but when we come to #4 we might say, #2 didn't want to be there. #3 also had no reason to turn this hard and definitely broke some traffic laws either way. He clearly tried to catch the player and shoot him while he was confused in his truck. Even if he was just shocked and shot because he was defending himself, he broke traffic laws and still should be punished. #4 on the other hand looked like she was trying to hide the body under her car (not the brightest idea), but she actually seemed to be shocked about the shots by #3, rammed directly into #2 (who probably didn't want to be there, so he's probably not a suspect) and lost control of the wheel. In conclusion: #1 and #3 did it. The other two had a very bad day.
😂😂 that’s what we get . They been living normal lives while we go around blowing shit up for absolutely no reason . They came up with cool plans on how to defeat us now
literally today in online i was running from someone and with a wanted level and about 4 trucks just come out of nowhere and all start ramming into me onto a wall after falling of my bike when a cop pulled infront of me i was so confused it might have been a modder tho
