One of the ways to unite is to learn Chofetz Chaim, or the English adaption "Guard Your Tongue." If you give honor to your teachers and elders, withhold negative judgment, make a point to give the benefit of the doubt to people who might have offended, and guard your words and teach yourself how to speak with a pure tongue, this would help tremendously to bring peace and unity.

I am confused by you saying Balam was the one who advised pharaoh…. And he was Lavan’s son in his house when Yakov When these two events were some 4-500 years apart… How can this be so?

At 8:54 - His evil teaches me how to be good. I needed to hear this particular word of Torah, right this minute. In the past, a person I had trusted turned out to be an evil man, and the fact that I had learned a LOT from him scared me. But just like the Torah from Acher, the Tanna who became an Apicorsus, was still good (it was a weird moment to learn about), the Torah I had learned from this man was still good, even though HE turned out not to be good.
