Diz was my Great Uncle. Daffy was my Grandfather on my Dads side. If you’re ever in Arkansas, I will show you a few spots. My Dad passed away a couple of years ago and was laid to rest in Clarksville AR.
Everyone thinks the pictures get sent to your phone, WRONG, Spypoint's send the pictures to your account on their website, which you can access from anywhere, (laptop, desktop or cellphone). I had issues with picture transmission, proper firmware updating fixed that (expand the zip file when copy/paste the firmware update it's at the top of the menu). Took me a few minutes to figure that out. 4 of 4 problem cameras now working properly.
I had 2 of the link micro that have the solar panels. After both had initial problems, spypoint replaced one of them. Both only lasted 3 or 4 months then they leaked in water and self destructed. Junk. I will never buy another spypoint product.
I noticed there are 2 sim cards stacked on each other behind the battery tray in the MICRO. One has spypoint logo and the other is AT&T. Is there a way to cut spypoint out as a middleman and just insert a sim card from a cell phone and just call into it with the number associated to the sim card we use?

It would be cool to know where all these guys are today and what they are doing. I grew up in Water Valley. I would have been a Junior in high school during this time. I used to go to all the Ole Miss home games with my dad. We listened to the away games on the radio. My dad passed in 2011. Boy this game brings back some great memories. I'm a pastor living in Maryland today.
Hi, thanks for review, I'm going to buy these now, got a deal 80$ for 2 with free shipping, just not sure if it's the same year model, it says 2021,I'll check but if it's like yours it's enough for me. Even lower now at 69.99 that's awesome. :) Well I got them and I find it's 20 megapixels not 12 on the newest model, I'll give more infos when I got them.
Random and super unnecessary but anybody who thinks guys who played in the pros from 1960 and earlier u can admit if dude time traveled to any mlb team today he would get undertakers big boot booter down to single A. Its so unfair but fact is as humans we evolve. If Fernando tatis played against dizzie,. Tatis would humiliate him unless tatis pops out a bunch. Truth is dude couldnt strike out tatis with 100 attempts
When you turn the camera on and the status bar goes red it's preforming a update once it goes green and turns off to trigger the camera it will turn orange it's sending a picture. If it doesn't turn orange you know it either needs formatting or a firmware update or both. Once you understand how these cameras operate they work great for the money.
I have blowed 3 or 4 packages can't get it to send pictures to my phone any advice 15 dollars a month an still can't get it to work thanking a hammer may help
I've had my sky point at micro camera for about 6 months and have 100% signal on my cameras good signal at home it always sends me my pictures but on time The only time it stop sending pictures is when I had to update the firmware I have noticed if I'm somewhere at my phone is getting less than three bars then I won't get picture sent to me until I have somewhere with better signal so the signal you have has a lot to do with whether you get your pictures sent to you or not I'm happy with mine that's been about 6 months and I still have 80% battery life left but the camera gets 100% signal That's why the batteries last not searching for a signal all the time
DO NOT waste your money on these doors stops. I had five of them and they are not reliable. I had several discussions with support trying to get them to send photos that were on the card. They finally admitted that it is possible to have a 90% signal and STILL not get a successful transmission of photos. They take a decent picture but what's the point if you cant get your pics. The pricing is also stupid. I returned all five and spent a little more for the Cuddielink system.
FYI The camera didn't update. You have to extract the zip files to a folder and transfer the files that were unzipped to the SD CARD. looks like you only transferred the zip file you downloaded with out extracting the files with in to the SD card. The color it should show is the orange light flickering for 20 to 30 seconds. After the flickering stops it will begin to connect to the cellular network color will show green The red light on top of the camera should not even flash. What you thought was updating was just the camera connecting to the cell network. If you haven't already. Try doing a full format on the SD card, transfer the extracted files about seven files to the SD CARD. Good luck. I don't see in the app where you can set a number of times you get updates. The transfer time comes with a set transfer time 1-12 time a day or when there is activity on the camera. Remember that cell coverage isn't always an issue with the camera we all learned with cell phones. Cell carriers also do updates and can interrupt cell connections especially in rural areas regularly. I see changes with connectivity with the trail cams and it may also be because of the weather.
So I have bought these for my cams went from no signal to 25% still can't get pictures to transmit, I called tech and they said everything was working but I didn't have enough signal to transmit the photos??? Seriously how much signal do I need?
