!Raisins are dried grapes. The drying process concentrates both the nutrients and sugars in grapes, making raisins nutrient-dense and calorie-dense. I guessed: blueberries, pomegranates, and avocados. Raisins? Dried fruits have lots of sugar, or so I thought. I happen to have high potassium, so I stay AWAY from dried fruits. Papaya? Aren't they also high in sugar? These are also high in FRUCTOSE, esp. the dried fruits. NO question about the fiber content of these 2 fruits, though. Lemons are superb, though. GOOD choice.
We are happy that you have seen and enjoyed our video. Your consideration may be correct if you abuse both raisins and papaya. It is the dose that makes the poison. According to your doctor’s instructions, we recommend that you supplement these fruits in the right dose to see for yourself the benefits that they entail. Meet me at the next video and stay healthy!
It means that fruit juices are often filled with sugar to make them sweeter and more palatable. Not the healthiest choice for people who can’t take a lot of sugar, like diabetics, so there are other solutions
