Fruit is always better than treated drinks. Homemade smoothies are preferable. If you have no alternative, choose fruit juices without added sugar

These videos are FAR TOO SLOW, after 45 seconds you have lost my interest because the video is not to the point. Meandering introductions cost you loss of interest and any potential customer simply moves on out of boredom.

Choose fresh and organic whole fruits 1.Blueberries - low in phosphates and potassium High in anthocyanins, rich in anti oxidants 2. Apples -fresh whole, not dried or juice 3. Cranberries - ftesh, not drued or juice 4. Green grapes - resveratrol and anti oxidants. Seeds are good Black or purple havemore resveratrol. Organic grapes. Not raisins 5. Watermelon

I guessed: blueberries, pomegranates, and avocados. Raisins? Dried fruits have lots of sugar, or so I thought. I happen to have high potassium, so I stay AWAY from dried fruits. Papaya? Aren't they also high in sugar? These are also high in FRUCTOSE, esp. the dried fruits. NO question about the fiber content of these 2 fruits, though. Lemons are superb, though. GOOD choice.
