I'm a Canadian gaming nut who has a problem cutting the phrase "But I Digress" out of my vocabulary. This channel is an outlet for me to gush and rant about video games. When I started I mostly did Let's Plays, but have since moved on to making video essays. I play a lot of stuff, so there's a good chance you'll find some common ground!
Keep in mind that my videos are not intended for younger audiences. I do cuss and speak about mature subject matter, so my content may not be appropriate for everyone.
That being said, if you like the sound of my voice, & you think I'm somewhat entertaining, than by all means subscribe & stick around! And if you REALLY wanna support me, consider donating to my Patreon! I welcome everyone with open arms......then push them away when they turn mental.
I don't request game codes from developers. Scammers have tried to impersonate me. I also used to have a twitter account, but I've since given up on social media.
Gambit system was amazing, and I think trying to avoid using it would be about the worst way to ruin the game for you. I loved pre-planning all the encounters, so when my party did stuff, it was me. I engineered that. This was my plan, this is how I wanteo the fight to go. And sometimes it wasn't enough, couldn't prepare, couldn't come up with any plan that would work, so when things blew up, had to start micromanaging, had to start fixing things impromptu, which was exciting. Meant, I was free to just explore most of the time... Unless there was something surprising, something exciting, something where I genuinely didn't know how to handle, and I then had to handle it manually, or suffer consequences. It meant in fights, I only had interesting choices presented to me. If the fight was easy, I didn't need to pay attention to it at all, I was free to ponder about map layout, characters, think of stuff to buy when I next went to a city, etc, the game didn't bother me with pointless busywork.
9:45 Bleeding corpses… the first time I saw the Hyper Eggrobo, I was genuinely scared. I was exploring with my brother’s save file when I was extremely young, wasn’t even in Preschool yet, but when I saw the screen shake and the Hyper Eggrobo appeared, I shivered…
I like that you tried your best with street fighter 2 and tried to find out what happened, but now with Akuma released in Street Fighter 6 it might say what ending is canon for SFII In SF6 when you would get your first bond with Akuma, he explained that he would participate in tournaments, and the picture shown is Akuma standing over a (probably dead) M. Bison. I could see why you ended up going with bison killing himself to be the end when this was released but now with evidence I feel like Akuma killing Bison with the Shun Goku Satsu is the canon end of SFII
You're complaining that the mayor killed the guy when he was the killer of many many people in fact he was in charge of a lot of crime so you're saying that he doesn't deserve it?
Ken is such a dick you can say he's not but he's the one caused the fear that Ryu has of spiders he literally put one on his tongue while he was sleeping what a dick
Ryu is almost ever a protagonist in these games. He's just a character who has a storyline that happens to line up with the actual protagonist of the game. In SF1 might have Ken and Ryu as protagonists, Sagat isn't a bad guy in that game either, just the King of Muay Thai, and the tournament organizer. Also quit hating on Dan. He throws one handed fireballs. Only other people doing that is Akuma (air fireball) and Gouken.
I've played Tekken since Tekken 3 when I was 5 years old in the PS1 era. Roughly 21 years later and playing every game since, this is the first time I actually understood most of the plot. I even watched the Tekken movie and the Tekken Bloodlines anime as I just love the franchise. I knew bits n pieces of the plot in the games and just loved the whackiness but it takes some effort to consume every piece of it and understand everything. Good job and thank you. My Tekken 8 arrives tomorrow.
Hey, Clement and Caro. Not for your Q&A but, I'm curious. Have you heard of/listened to a band called The Struts? They are my favorite rock band of all time.
The ultimate armor is the only armor that can defeat highmax without a special weapon. You shoot a charged shot and do the Nova strike. It's the only thing that can kill it without special weapon
hotline miami has a bad ending, and its the only ending. it has the entire cast get nuked, the fans are murdered, the son dies just trying to make his dad proud.
Another thing not game related but the enpire strikes back is considered to be the best star wars movie despite having a bad ending where the bad guys win
