Welcome to my Channel where you will find Trains on The West Somerset Railway (WSR) , Lynton & Barnstaple Railway (L&BR), also at Taunton & Bridgwater Stations (GWR), and sometimes Planes at Bristol Airport.(BRS/EGGD) Although i film just for fun, i love the challenge of filming and doing it to the best of your ability .. I hope you enjoy all the uploads...Life is for living...Film it !!
@@HelenaMikas Hi I hope your ok, I don't do RU-vid videos now as I've not had a chance tbh...it takes a lot to produce them...I had an accident last September which damaged my left leg...so things are a bit difficult to film now ..I'm on WhatsApp and Facebook if you want to see what I'm up to these days...best wishes...Steve.
@@STEVEHARLEY1956 Sorry to hear this Steve and feel sure that a full recovery will be possible .Phyysio & Hydrotherpy work wonders .I only have Skype but will be getting a phone with WatsApp asap .Best wishes and stay in touch :-) Keep smiling .
@@STEVEHARLEY1956 I have no WhatsAppor Facebook .YT and Skype The 1st keeps me busy and Skype is free pc to pc etc .I can also ring all European land lines free ..Most of all keep getting well .Orthopaedics takes time .That was great filming Steve.Start little and build your way back .Hydrotherapy will strengthen your muscles and enable you to move minus pain ( in water ) Trust me .and most of keep going
@@HelenaMikas My left knee has been reconstructed due to an infection...Going to physio tomorrow...ouch !!...Keep well...nice to be in touch with you again..x
@@STEVEHARLEY1956 If you swim back stroke ask your physio can you go to the baths .That ouch never happens once in water and muscles are rebuilt thus taking the strain off you knee .I was hit by a drunk driver in UK years back .Smashed both femurs , pelvis and arms and put me in Hospital for 4 months. Had physio but mainly did extra and was taken to baths by a neighbour .backstroke did it .I went on to teach sport as a second subject .Like a Gazelle lol + trained as a scuba diver .Believe in yourself ..Stay in touch :-)
Well Steve after watching 9 minutes of shear fabulous video, I was going to say how nice to see you back behind the camera again and it looks as if everyone has said it for me, Just brilliant Thank you so much. Clive
Fantastic to see you behind the lens again Steve, superb coverage of the Sunday, despite the deterioration of the weather compared with the previous two days. Great location choices, and the Saint leaking too much steam, which is a shame...Bes wishes....Bob
Brilliant video Steve. Great coverage of the gala. Excellent selection of locations. Hope you are keeping well. Great to see you behind the camera again. Best wishes C&A
I went here first, 1972 stayed camping at stoke flemming camp site. All the shops have gone now, the tea room was blown away one night in a storm. What memories I have of this place, growing up.
Thanks Ed, Not doing that much on here these Days..... would have done The Autumn Steam Gala but unfortunately it has had to be cancelled....Hope Your well....Steve.

How wonderful to see your outstanding camera work again Steve, beautiful scenery at well chosen locations, and the Caley tank looked stunning...Best wishes from Wales...Bob
Hello Steve and wow how great to hear your voice over , the amazing trains and the birds enjoying as much as I did. Not lost your touch filming and editing..The people waiting always fascinate ( watched Brief Encounter way too often) If ever there was a film to carry the message 'bring back such trains'.. you have made it. A journey such as this is as enjoyable as the destination .👍Looking forward to more .Have a wonderful week ..All the best from Helena :)
Thank You Helena...So glad You enjoyed it ...I did enjoy making it ....Your kind comments I appreciate so very much. I will do more in the future I'm sure...best wishes...xx
What a beautiful singing bus - reminds of being a kid on the 75, climbing the Sheffield hills up to Meadowhead. I used to imitate these sounds when on my little bike.
Thanks Ed...I have been through a spell of not making videos due to Covid and a stroke...But I'm fine now...Hope to make a couple this Year ..👍 Hope Your both well..I'm glad You liked this short Christmas video .
@@STEVEHARLEY1956 Wow, still active after 8 years!, nice one mate, do they still do it there? , Im going to the Melbourne Raceway this year to watch it.
Nice bit of filming there, Steve, can't say that the Class 33 throbbing on the rear does anything for me though but understand all the operating reasons........have a good Christmas.
Amazing coverage of this fantastic train the WSR have done up for the festive season Steve. You haven't lost your touch, and using the trusty X920, captured these unforgettable sights...Best wishes...Bob
