This is a great concept and such a unique treatment methodology. As a Sensory weighting PT, this makes so much sense to me. Many of these patients are surface dependent and likely what is happening is they are developing strong Sensory Strategies over-relying on these leading to Visual-Vestibular Dysfunction and Musculoskeletal Balance Disorders (MSBD®). Tjernstrom et al., 2016 described: "to plan the right balance strategy, it is crucially important to correctly assess sensory function and weighting of the dizzy/balance patient, and thus the Sensory Strategy of the individual." A safe way to disrupt SOM with walking, side stepping, etc challenges the visual-vestibular interactions, particularly the otolithic system.
Just finish speaking to a 👯friend of mine who was suffering from Ataxia for years but after a recommendation of Madidaherbalcenter’s treatment to him, all his symptoms and ataxia was reversed with him completely restored to he normal self.
hey guys @boobalan and @Kumar.. my had is 10X better now. i almost forgot i ever had this issue. if any of you guys have this issue my best advise is: to have some patients, it took me almost 8 months for any progress. Secondly electric therapy helped me so much.
