I'm a former archaeologist/historian turned artist, and the creator of Ireland's original wildflower jewellery. Come follow me on my journey into the Lost Forest - a magical world that inspires me and my handcrafted jewellery.
My videos are portals to escape through and transport you into rural Irish farm life in Co.Cavan; venturing down leaf-strewn bóithrín with glimpses into hidden hedgerows, and rambles through sunlit meadows. Mother Nature holds a wealth of beneficial properties for us. She is our healer, muse, and an enduring friend in an often lonely society.

Was the ginger cat in the video the same one that you had been trying to think of a name for? If so what did you end up with for a name? So relaxing… I just adore your videos. I want to live in your county of Ireland! Naming the puppy… the man holding the puppy was wearing a t-shirt with Jones written on it… it made me think of the name Mr Jones… or Jonsey! Mr. Pup and Mr Jones… I do hope the pup is a male… Jonsey for short

Lovely video, Gillian. Thank you for sharing your day, it was so enjoyable. Your descriptions are just as beautiful as the scenery. Your artistic talent shows in so many ways. The music is so relaxing. I don't find the scent of Cilanto (Coriander) to be "soapy", in fact I rather like the scent and taste of the leaves, and their health benefits are many. Mr Pup's puppy is adorable!
