Food does and can stick to this pan, yet easy to clean. If cooking eggs, spray or brush a coat of oil first. As for cooking other meals, I am using these more and more and are becoming my go to pans.
@adnanshahriar8941. I am not sure, I think maybe the black surface maybe has. Cast Iron wok is the best, the untreated cast iron has no chemicals such as PFAS, PFOA and PTFE, making for a safe and delicious cooking. 😀😀
@Paul-dn4yv. This cast Iron Wok is made specially for induction hob. It works well for me, and I love to cook with this wok. I also find that the food taste better when cooking with this wok, especially the stir fry dishes. Happy cooking 😀😋
I followed your instructions and it came out perfectly using an improvised steamer pot. I used it for mango sticky rice. Absolutely delicious! Thank you so much!! :)
Hi Somjit, thank you for sharing this.. amazing. Sad to think of all the times I’ve thrown out wilted leafy greens :( What is the best way to store leafy greens after purchasing from the market, especially if the roots are still attached, like a bunch of spinach ? Thank you ❤
@blueangelsfan9281. The best way to store leafy green vegetables is to remove water/moisture. Wrap in kitchen towel, clingwrap and place in the fridge. They can last extra long, few more days than it usually lasted. 1- 2 hour before using, soak them in a basin of water and they should be fresh and good to use again. Happy cooking 😀💖
I have been waiting for this! Thank you so much for your very succinct explanation! What do you think of using the finely grated cassava available at oriental shops overseas?
@aaocs7042. Thank you for the comment. The ready made fine grated cassava is ok to use if fresh cassava is not available. However the outcome maybe different as there is no texture of cassava when consume. Happy cooking 💖😀
@lexilexis6963. Thank you for the suggestion, yes sure but I have to look for the black glutinous rice flour first. So far I have not seen any in the shops 😀
@christineabines5490. It's depending on the type and size that was cut. In this recipe and the type of squid that I used it take around 4 minutes. Alternatively, you can check if squids changes color and shrink down a bit it should be perfectly cooked. Overcooked squid tend to be tough to chew. Happy cooking 😀
@yulee8613. Yes, it can be used for hot pot, the amount to use is according to your prfer, try to put in a bit at time and try. For me I prefer slightly diluted TomYum base hotpot. Happy cooking
