Hello everyone, welcome to the official channel of Uncle Cat Canteen

Uncle Cat is a chef and a person who loves food very much. I will share a dish every day on my channel.

只要用料實在,清真餐廳的清燉牛肉麵更好吃,味道濃郁,牛肉香四溢。越南牛肉粉香味稍嫌不足?

Thank you so much for this recipe. I have been looking for a luosifen recipe but I just keep seeing tutorials cooking the instant noodles version. I was only able to find very few recipes, but the directions were so vague. This is by far the best recipe I found for this dish, detailed and step-by-step.

我妹夫是酒楼大厨,他的配方是蒜蓉搅碎后,下鸡精和盐,然后热油炸一会,捞起,然后放入微波炉一分钟左右。微波炉可以让味道更香,如此便完成

我按配方做了,口感不错,但是好咸呀!一点没有广式腊肠的甜感,一斤放30克糖还是很咸,太坏了!!!!
