So, duty wagera nahi pay karna padta hain? For instance, when I received a package from the US, it was a mix of eatables, cosmetics and used clothes. They held it at the local post office and called me to pay a certain duty (based on what was declared in us when posting it). Does that not apply when receiving something in taiwan?
Yes, it does apply to Taiwan. Some of my friends mentioned when they had a pressure cooker in the parcel 📦. It depends what you’re importing from your country.
Hey, I have a question for you. Unrelated to this video, but I thought I'd ask since you have been there for quite some time. How does the visa for foreign countries work? I mean say as an Indian passport holder, with a Taiwanese ARC or permit that they give to people studying there. How do you apply for Schengen or US visa? I ask because I'm considering a year of study there. The US tourist visa from India is a long wait and requires one to be here for an interview (if needed). I just wanted to ask you if you or someone you know who's from India and went travelling to Europe or America. How/what was the visa process. I'm assuming it must have been easier than doing it in India. Thanks for the video. I find your content refreshing.
Hello there, I am glad you liked the video. For the visa purpose, I recommend you do your own research. I'm not a good person to answer this. There are many Indian community groups in foreign countries, you can ask your question there. I hope this helps.
This is my personal observation, but i've travelled several stinky tofu places (china, malaysia, HK, singapore, japan etc). It was only in Taipei that the tofu really stank. Irrespective, quite delicous!
Yeah, I do agree. There are several places where I found the tofu at top notch stinky 🤣 . And, I was surprised to find this particular place that the tofu was not stinking at all 🥹
Do you consider Indians as a commodity? Where people from other countries give us free lectures despite having no knowledge. Our self-esteem is so low that we have to take reviews from people from other countries. China and Taiwan have the same view on India. Nowadays it is not so easy to fool Indians with this kind of shi**y content.
