This is my personal observation, but i've travelled several stinky tofu places (china, malaysia, HK, singapore, japan etc). It was only in Taipei that the tofu really stank. Irrespective, quite delicous!
Yeah, I do agree. There are several places where I found the tofu at top notch stinky 🤣 . And, I was surprised to find this particular place that the tofu was not stinking at all 🥹
