These group of people are also part of the unemployed, people who can't access medical care so on ...they are part of the community just like any other person. Nothing makes them special. You make a choice, stick by it and adapt to the society you are currently living in. No one should change to accommodate your immorality. Asking anyone to do so is wrong and must be condemned.
