I love that you have a suggestion here to rebrand split ride modes, and that is what it is currently on the wheel. So, not only did they move the sliders from the app to the wheel, but also thought your naming suggestion was clear for riders. Maybe they didn't listen directly to you, but that you were another of many that gave the same suggestion ....... but maybe these changes are a direct reflection of your work in the community.
Solid recommendations. My gear is all Kevlar or Codura textiles with CE Level 1 padding inserts. I don't wear leathers and had a recent motorcycle crash side swiping the mountain at 40 mph yet I walked away with just bruises. Looking at my gear shredded to pieces with burn marks is still a scary thought. The reality is an EUC can easily put you into a similar situation but I agree with you on that its probably OK with basic gear for casual riding.
I dont know what all the fuss was about this event which got EVX "cancelled"? My weekly Friday night Fire rides were 10 times worse than this Sunday stroll thru the park!😂
6:58 "I don't know if you really want to use the middle register ... unless if you are really undecided [between] offroad and high speed". So that implied that low hanger setting is more suitable for high speed riding. But why? Is it because low hanger makes the wheel more stable and under control? I feel so but I heard mixed comments on the height topic, so I want to hear more second opinions.
Would rather just use a gauntlet motorcycle glove with palm sliders than these silly wrist protector things. If they are good enough for motogp and isle of man it's good enough for me.
We tend to blame the travellers. The bridge in the opening with the crash is too narrow. It might work for everyone in the same direction. When I don’t have much space I try to slow down. (I’m a cyclist interested in road safety. One day I’ll try all these different vehicles, they are so cool!)
which wheel would you recommend for e wheel polo? The in motion V12 seems to be good. I got the BEgode RS19 and it heats up 10-15 minutes into the game.
People claim that this fits in a backpack. Which one because I have two backpacks and it simply does not fit. Plus who can really lug 20 Lbs around with them on their back even if you could find a large enough backpack?
I got mine about a month ago and I almost fell off the thing because every time I made a left it made the left WAY TO FAST. Making a right was OK (maybe because I have a dominant right leg) but yeah those left turns are just too quick for me.
As was mentioned in the video I tried to take a 1/2 curb before I had my gear. Due to a pre-existing crack in my shell it started me into a wobble after landing and tried to catch myself but only ended up causing more damage. I would guess I started at and spilled at 10 but really messed up my wrist. I now always were my wrist guards (still wearing my wrist brace from the damage every day). But am looking to get an Armor Jacket to easily put on and take off for my commutes into the office. As they say in MotorCycling the question is not IF but WHEN YOU WILL fall!
Sorry that happened to you. The biker put his foot down while in motion! That’s a big no no. Clearly he wasn’t an experienced rider. This is reminding me that we gotta be careful of people around us who don’t know what they’re doing. Thanks for the video. Well put together!
Great video and feeling of the master! now and almost by accident I change my scooter Zero 10 X (I was not using it any more It seems a vehicle from the past after riding euc´s), for the master V4 (I usually ride a v12 HT and HS which I love) but now, as you sayed this is the perfect ride for the city, the power and the suspension works just great (not a off road suspension, but great for commuting) up gradeing from a V12 is like going from bmw650 to bmw1250cc I am so happy now!!! I just find that some of the app changes doesn't save for the next ride you have to change them every time you turn on the wheel (the horizontal angle)
Got a V11, and thought it was going to be a lot easier experience than it was since I’ve been riding unicycles for almost 40 years. But it’s a whole different animal. Especially when you feel the weight of it.
I should get my first wheel in a few days and appreciate the video. I'm older and dating myself by saying it, but aren't the mechanics of turning the same as skiing? It sure sounds like it from your description. (Maybe you're not old enough to know skiing skills!) Perhaps I'll look up this video in a few months and leave a comment about this for us older folks.
Hey. Thanks for this video. Extremely late here but I just bought a used Veteran Sherman it’s in amazing condition with only 300 miles on it. I love these peddles. Your wheel looks dope. I got it 2 weeks ago and only rode it 3 times. I still have no clue how to ride it. Which are the best protective gear I should get?
