Hey i figured out that the second white gear on the left inside from front to back if you crank it toward you it unlocks the cartridge panel so your free to move it without unplugging it and you dont have to remove anything just find the lever underplastic on top where he shows you i have a mb2720 you either push it up or down get in there and be gentle and dont be scared
Thanks!!! You need to add a "Buy Me a Coffee" feature to this video. I wanted to send you a few bucks for saving me the cost of buying a new printer. If you add that feature to this video, send me a reply and I will send you a tip.
I followed the other videos for resetting WT Box but it did not work. Now, I know the principle of it. I followed your instruction and bend that metal sheet a little bit to increase the contact force at that contact point. It is fixed. Thank you!
Amazing! This worked the first time. The bummer about this code is that all I use this unit for now is to scan, not print but it was even preventing me from doing that.
Interesting. No other help source points out the crucial fact that the print head should not be parked on the left. As you say, as long as you close the lid smartly the instant the print head starts to move, the printer then starts to make an entirely different sequence of noises and eventually clears itself. Apparently. Carrying out a test page, however, it simply came up with error code B204 instead. Onward and upward!! Thanks from Scotland.
Thank you so much for making this video. After I remanufactured the contacts on the side of the newly purchased genuine waste toner cartridge, I was running again MFC-L3750cdw. Simply turning the screw in my case was not enough, but by removing the metal part under the side plastic shield and giving it a small bend and reassembling ensured it made contact reliably.
I couldn’t believe that your very easy fix could solve the B203 error of my printer, but it works perfectly and took me less than 10 seconds to fix my issue. I tried all the complicated instructions on how to clean the printhead or how to reset the printer before, but non of these fixes helped. I’m glad that I tried you’re technique even I was very skeptical before because it seemed to simple to me, but it’s just brilliant! Thanks a lot!
Thanks very useful. Saves me dumping a printer that refused to clean in the normal menu. Why Brother decided to bury this proper clean function in such a hard to get at place is anyone's guess. It couldn't be because they just want to sell a new printer every couple of years surely?
This worked FLAWLESSLY on my J6920DW. Unbelievable how many printhead cleaning cycles I did to no avail.... After ONE power purge the troubles colour had every single inkjet functioning perfectly. Saved me so much time with doing a manual inkjet clean, thankyou so much!!!
