I baked these in a mini muffin pan so they baked up pretty quickly at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. When I bake it in a cake pan it takes nearly 40 minutes.
Ain't that just it? SMDH. And she said "you can use any type of beans". Didn't fry the beans more less refry the beans. Where are the seasonings? I'm guessing they were satisfied that they put store bought salsa in it.
We were satisfied actually. The salsa was homemade (from our local farmers market) however, store bought would work too! I felt like it was seasoned enough between the fresh cilantro and the salsa. The steak was well seasoned also. I like to make broad suggestions when it comes to ingredients because not everyone has access to every type of spice, herb, or bean available on the planet.
I'm not a fan of the flavor nor the texture. It's weird, I love peanuts, I'm not allergic to them, but I just don't like the flavor of peanut butter, and the texture is awful.
Asian salad dressing 4 cup olive oil 2 TB rice vinegar 1 1/2 TB honey 2TB sesame oil 2TB soy sauce pinch of salt I used a cabbage mix that included cilantro edamame baby corn (chopped) sugar snap peas (chopped) green onion (chopped) I used that blackened chicken to top the salad and for taco bowls the next night.
That’s interesting I’ve never heard of lye sodium hydroxide. I watched a few videos before boiling mine and they all used some sort of baking soda sugar combo. I’m going to continue to experiment.
Ingredients for the this weeks muffins: 2 1/2 cups oats (I like to run my through my coffee grinder) 1/2 cup artificial sweetener 3 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup milk (I like to use almond) 1 cup smooth cottage cheese (you can blend the cottage and eggs together in a blender if you don't have smooth cottage cheese)
Thanks for the tip! I don’t usually store them in the fridge but we all came down with the flu after I purchased them and I was afraid they were going to go bad before I could get to them.

This is a great idea, especially if you 1) don’t want to eat processed crap from the supermarket or 2) live overseas where it’s hard to find said processed crap in the supermarket 😅
I’m not sure why you should care. However, this video is climbing to 9k views and has gained me 15 subscribers! That is super exciting for a small RU-vid channel like mine. So it seems as though there are some people out there that find it useful and interesting 🤷🏻♀️
The sugar in the mix is an interesting choice! I usually just do egg, milk, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and some vanilla extract. Though if you're going to eat it dry without syrup, it makes sense 🤔
