aaaah, still at it eh? glad to see you've improved greatly overtime. i still reminisce about NOD and skulltag every so often lol so i'm guessing this map was infamous for its unorthodox structure and ludicrous enemy count? seemed like an exercise in patience, though hats off to that use of archviles, bit of a mind blower! well doomed!
Damn, such a smooth run. Your ability to push hard in the face of massive hoards of monsters is really impressive as well as your ability to manage large numbers of projectiles at the same time as doing other stuff. Great run. Thanks.
Great gameplay. You should have used the Rocket launcher more than the BFG. There was enough ammo all around for that. Using the BFG makes it far too easy despite some of the tight spots you played yourself into.
This is a speedrun, I am trying to go as fast as I can and nothing beats how fast the bfg kills stuff. Rockets against way too many enemies is also boring usually.

I'll agree that skill issue plays a major part in this map. The problem is that the difficulty is raised to the extreme where it's just no longer fun. I managed to get to the barons in this map without much issue, but that's where I gave up. I can't get them to route properly and it just leads to unnecessary frustration. I do find that Dubz's maps to be among the worst in the wad. It's not like this wad is Sunder or Abandon where you want to improve your skill in order to survive. The early maps are a lot of fun, but overall, Junkfood is a throwaway experience.
It's nuts how far this game has come. I remember way back in the day feeling like fighting 2 barons at the same time was an absolute unfair nightmare 😂😂
I always wondered why most other map makers don't use the Spider Mastermind like, at all. She's good for infighting and for distractions and can be quite dangerous if put in the right spot
