I love the video, I've watched it three times now. Back in 2020 there was a lot of misinformation going around and a lot of people recommended the Blue Yeti which I've found to be impossible to work with. I suffer from the dreaded sibilant S, but I also have a very deep voice so I'm torn between the Shure, AT2020, and the Ember but I'm gun shy on the Ember just thinking about all that background noise and self noise I got with the Yeti.
Thank you so much for this! I’ve got to make hundreds of cuts for a tutorial voiceover, but when I do them late at night I started exhibiting these _infuriating_ back of throat click noises. I learned multiple shortcuts and processes to streamline the editing only to have to waste more time editing out clicking noises (the automatic click remover from Adobe Premiere Pro does nothing) I will try the Lemon water and the menthol Gum next time it happens.
Bro, your content needs to match your headline. This video is all over the place. Try scripting or using bullet points to keep you in track. Fellow ADHDer & fmr journalist. Love the play on words. Beautiful mind
Outtakes are cute but distracts from your content... I came to figure out the cons of this product but about a third of the way in, im just now getting the info. Lots of others would simply move on.
As a vocalist and streamer who owns 11 microphones and has a background in audio engineering I can say that the fduce is very good for the price point . It is true that the mid frequency range is lacking though.
I just got mine and in discord my buddies were saying it sounded muffled compared to my other mic. (Using USB) is there a way to fix this with a mixer or anything else? Seeing how there is no firmware or app for it
What about the opposite problem: My mouth seems to produce lots of saliva, so much so that I can feel my mouth filling up with liquid and at a certain paint need to swallow. Very frustrating!
The King Bee II is better than the original. No risk. For 100 bucks a guite mic with a flat response. For me, it sounds very good. For all I need a big bass, I take the kingbee2. Great for acoustic bass. Great for some voices. I got two of them and I like them, and I‘m only working with high-class-mics like the Gefell M930.
@@larsop06 It looks pretty well designed and robust! I've tested it using the XLR connection and it's really good! It does a good job of suppressing undesirable noise! It comes with any Microphone Stand
Thank you! I had the same experience. And yes, not long after I removed the background from an image, the slides were not saved. Your recommendation worked around the problem.
Amazing!! Here I was putting a window fan inside my makeshift booth putting it on exhaust when is too hot then on intake when I need to narrate. I use a program that I thought would handle the fan noise... sadly it was heard when I narrated. Tyvm for the video it was fun and educational.
_// Thanks for sharing the video! Let me tell you something important: God loves you! God loves us ! He is no respecter of persons! because God wants us all to be saved! and let's go to the knowledge of the “Truth” God wants to save us from eternal damnation, which we all deserve because of sin, who entered the world through Adam, and death entered through sin, and thus death passed to all human beings, Therefore, we are all “Sinners” But God's Love was so great for us, that he sent his only Son (Jesus Christ), gave him to this world, to die and rise for all of us! No Respect of Persons! so that everyone who believes in Jesus Christ does not go to eternal punishment, but rather has “Eternal Life!” “ Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures; and he was buried, and rose again on the third day, according to the Scriptures Jesus Christ came to call sinners to “Repentance! “ and, he who believes in Him, has “Eternal Life! “But whoever refuses to believe in Jesus Christ, the wrath of God remains on him. Then, as through Adam's transgression, condemnation came to all human beings, in the same way, through the justice of Jesus Christ, justification of life came to all human beings! All of us who believe in The Only Savior of the world! The Only Mediator between God and us! The Lord Jesus Christ! The son of God! All of us who trust in Him; we have “Eternal Life! “ And we must know that there is salvation in no one else; because there is no other name under heaven, given to human beings, in which we can be saved. Only by Believing/Trusting in “Jesus Christ” can we be Saved! But Jesus Christ also said: Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Therefore, we must be doers of the Word of God! and not only listeners and/or readers, deceiving ourselves. So let's read the Word of God! There is His Will! what God wants us to do! Let us read mainly the Gospels; Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, and let us pray to God, our Heavenly Father, all the days of the life that He gave us! God loves you! God loves us! To Him alone be the Glory Forever! Amen! I've been using the ATH-50MxSTS headset just for Zoom meetings and obviously it's great compared to, say, Bluetooth headset mics. In combination with my iPhone as Continuity Camera, the A/V experience for the other person is really a step up. So the AT2020-XP is likely on my shortlist as a "desktop" version that doesn't require me to look like a broadcaster, thanks to your review! Having said that ... may I ask what mic you're using at the start that sounds incredible but is still off-camera?
man, I don't know what y'all are hearing, I keep seeing these negative comparisons on the Fduce, man, it f*cking SLAYS those other mics. I owned a Shure MV7 & sold it almost immediately because it sounded thin & weak (kind of exactly how it sounds in your review!). I bought an RE27 which is SO much better than the MV7 - but I need another mic for quick videos that isn't running through my whole UAD/studio setup. This sold me 100% on the Fduce, less than a 1/3rd of the price and sounds so much better than the MV7. Just needs a little dip in the low mids, OBS noise suppressor & we're GOLDEN.
How do I mount it to the boom arm that came with it when the shock absorber is attached? The threaded end of the boom arm is too small to fit inside the shock absorber mount, and there's no adapter. This is my first microphone so I have no idea what I'm doing. Lol.
