Rural living, Appalachian, family man with a passion for the outdoors. I've been shooting for as long as I was big enough to hold a rifle and I started making videos for RU-vid early in 2012 after following many other firearms channels for years. I felt that the "average Joe" firearms owner and shooter wasn't represented much on RU-vid and decided to join in. I found out that making videos is a hobby all it's own and I really enjoy it. I would like to see how far I can take this thing. I also want it to be known that I am a firm believer that our founders included our natural right to bear arms in the Bill of Rights because they knew that one day our own government would attempt to disarm us. The 2nd Amendment doesn't give us the right to bear arms, it does however limit governments ability to take that natural right away from us.
I use Shortlane 12 gauge to 20 gauge adapters with great success. I have shooters box brand rifled 12 gauge to 45 acp adapters and love them. Nice video and great shooting.
Great video! I just picked up a 351pd today. I’ve seen some folks say they’ve had issues ejecting casings. Have you had any issues? What do you use to clean the aluminum cylinder?
Well it's got the belly wiggle effort on you rhino, tubby, buffalo what ever your name is.. take a look at the beefy build of Taurus compared to the other wheel guns Taurus is as good if not better then the rest... Take care butthead..lol
For zeroing purposes, I've tried about a dozen different brands of ammo in my attempt to get a grouping under 3-inches from a rest at 25-yards. With a single-action trigger pull that exceeds the factory standard of 5 pounds, it's virtually impossible. I'd sure like to see Power Custom make a jig adapter for this revolver so that the sear can be recut for a lighter pull.
I’ve put over 1200 rounds through mine and I haven’t even had a failure to fire, in all honesty this rifle is the literal definition of the perfect beater
Every smoothbore is different. My old 870 has a 20" barrel with iron sights. It will print 3" groups at 50 yards, bedded of course. My other smoothbores might print 6" groups.
Nice presentation Buffalo for sure. I see this video is 11 months old, is there any updates by the DB company of fixing the issue with spent casing maring the side of the gun? Also the DA is a fairly strong pull, any updates on that from the company?
This gentleman is a marksman and Taurus Raging series of handguns are very accurate revolvers. My Raging Bull 454 Casull did a six inch group 5 shots at 100 yards standing free hands using Winchester 265gr, factory ammo.
