Hi! I'm Laurelin, the person behind Snufflebean Yarn.
I've been Crocheting for as long as I can remember, and Knitting for a few years too. I love to showcase fun, modern projects that bring our crafts firmly into the 21st Century.
Alongside this channel, I run a small yarn webshop from my home in the UK, and I spend my evenings running around as a Swim Taxi mum to my two kids (Knitting and Crochet are thankfully a portable hobby!)
Thank you so much for popping by to explore my videos and I hope you enjoy them!
Thank you so very much for such clear concise instructions. Happy to pay Happy to pay for patterns Follow The instructions you have given I just love your videosThank you video very very very much!
I just completed this baby blanket and it turned out so nice!! I was wondering if you have a pattern/instructions for a coordinating baby hat? Thank you.
Thank you so much I have just got a machine so this and the cast in and off has been so helpful as I have not been able to find many beginner ones I will look at your others too . I really hope that you make many more for these machines as would be great and so helpful . I just don’t know where to go or look for tutorial like this so maybe if you can do a series of patterns would be amazing many thanks ❤❤
Lovely pattern..But I have a problem..started on one of your patterns, have done about 22 centimetres then have some how lost the pattern..have gone through google to see if I can find it,no luck.Is there any way I can take a photo and send it to you..maybe you may be able to recognise the pattern..I have written out at 9 of your patterns, but I must have not saved this one..HELP!!!
I have a question on row 14 in the written pattern it says knit all the way across but when you explained the pattern you said to do row 14 the same as row 8 so could you tell me which it is?
I’ve just watched the video back to double check and in row 14 I can’t see that I make any mention of row 8? However there is a slight error in row 14 which I’ve now corrected - thank you for pointing it out!
I should not have said do as row 8. I should have said in your explaining that row that it was different. Thank you for clearing that up for me. I am sorry I corrected you because I was taught to never correct anyone on anything.
Very much appreciated for your response quickly 😍thank you! I now have started this pattern and it’s beautiful, love your channel, love your pleasant voice. 🇨🇦
Thank you Laurelin! I've been trying to learn this for ages. I'd almost given up on knitting due to shoulder pain, after using the "throwing" method for over 50 years. Yours is the best and simplest demonstration and method I've found. Just made a successful test square, well pleased! 😊x
Hi, thank you ! I’ve started this pattern my problem is ,on Row 8 start with p.6 then k8 .p6 to marker. I have k 8 to marker then knit ??please help??🇨🇦
At the end of row 8 , I have knit 8 not purl 6 to marker.im ending row 8 with knit 8 . Appreciate your reply.love this pattern want to carry on so blad. 🇨🇦thank you
I haven't done C2C moss stitch in so long, I forgot how to do it! I've watched about 7 video tutorials explaining how to do the stitch and yours is the one with the most clear explanation. Thank you! :)
I made a note of this the other day and wrote "kfb". I immediately said "oh no" bc I kept writing kfb instead of kbl in other patterns. For the first time it really WAS kfb!
Good demo! I had to watch several different demos before I understood the last place to bring the needle through. Your camera shows everything clearly. I like Norwegian purl mostly because I struggle bringing working yarn to the front. I’d like to see some demos of P2tog, and other more complex purl stitches.
