FYI, I have friends who have marriage cert accepted(issued by waqf board) by VFS who applied prior to June month. It needs to be notarized on same page. Although it might work, it is not worth the risk. If vfs doesnt agree, they will ask you to send the document through mail. It incurs additional mailing cost and additional time. Try scaling the document to 90%, take printout and get notarization from bank
