Hi guys. Great update. One thing which is very annoying is that I need to log in every day. It would be really great if you could stop logging out users from the dashboard. I prefer to post directly from Meta Business Suite because it takes me too much time to log in and select the workspace.
Even ignoring the fact that it doesn't work properly: It is easier to just share the post from the FB page to the groups than fiddling around with the app.

Hello, you can make the social profiles not selected by default by hovering over them and switching off the default setting. Currently, the best way to learn the entire software is the 1 hour full training video. I've redone all the help article videos, but that is for specific issue resolution or how to do one particular thing.

Hello! It has already had some great conversations in French (I've been monitoring it). As for greeting them in French, good idea. I have been exploring the API that the chatbot uses and will start integrating some of those account and agency specific personalization features over time. I'm still in the early learning phase though.

This is smart. We're already starting to write up ideas for how to have a unified publishing screen for groups of workspaces/clients. This would take that up a notch. It likely won't be in the initial launch of the Social Inbox feature because some of our agencies have hundreds of clients, each with many social profiles. We'll have to implement a way to make it manageable at that scale. Maybe Workspace Groups, but still we might wind up with an inbox displaying hundreds of profiles.
Help bulk upload for videos ? Anyone has a good vendor for this in order to upload mp4 url links. Meaning let’s say I want to bulk upload 30 videos but the instructions say we need a MP4 uRL. Does anyone have a servicer for this ? Free if possible
Hopefully others have good ideas too, but I like www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared/ It's only $1.98/mo for hosting and you get a File Manager for easy uploading of your videos.
@@estrellamckinney Yes, that's why a hosting account is key. They allow you to store files in their original format and not just add them to a page on their service. Keep in mind that some people already have hosting for their Wordpress site. You can use that too! Just use the Cpanel option and you'll see 'File Manager' as a free utility.
@@Sociamonials thank you for the response. I found out that I have Hostinger and I was able to create a URL but it took forever to do. Do you know if mailchimp is faster because it literally took a good five minutes or longer to upload a 30 second clip. Thank you
@@estrellamckinney That sounds slow. I don't think Mailchimp offers hosting, they are an email service provider. I can't say for sure if NameCheap is faster or not. I usually upload images.
When you try to login to the native Instagram app you mean? Maybe your phone is auto-correcting the username by adding caps or something. Watch it closely when you click 'Submit' to be sure it isn't altering it.
I believe so. I am asking for this with the Inbox task, but it is still a ways out so there's still a small chance the dev team could find an issue offering this.
So dose the client need to have a chatgtp account? Or can they still see use it without having to sign up? Plus it would be cool if there was an option to upload files and scrap their website so then its custom content to their bussines. Abit like a ai custom chatbot but with this nice interface
They would need to have a ChatGPT account, but the free one works fine with this. We have a Company Profile where they can enter their specific company info. If you are an AgencyPro subscriber, the onboarding flow for your client will populate the Company Profile for the AI Writer so they (or you) are ready to start using the AI Writer without any additional setup.
I am not sure you can answer this but going to ask anyway...I created a group and until last night, I was able to see a list of names who had seen each post. Overnight that changed to "post reached" and no way to see who actually saw the post. Do you know of anyway to change it back? Thank you for any feedback.
This sounds like a change on the Facebook side. I believe that when they dumped the API support they are changing their internal reporting too. I couldn't find anything about how to go back to the old style. Sorry.
You can add a link just by including it in the Message field. We will detect that it is a link and will attach it to the Pin. You can't tag topics though.
Thank you for doing this. I'm still so bummed because Meta has created so much extra work for everyone. I'll now have to Dropbox my images from my desktop to my mobile since I create all my posts on a computer. Tech is supposed to make things faster/easier not more cumbersome. Let's all abandon Meta....!
I'm sorry, but no. They removed all automation of group posting for everyone. Huge buzz kill. The Android app 'Campaign Share' is already live and it is actually super fast to use. I hope that you'll get used to it. It even works with video posting, and now you use it to post to groups you aren't even an admin of.
@@Sociamonials without buying your app just yet, is there a way to arrange and schedule all the posts for right now, and then re-schedule /change the time inside the facebook post, so they upload to FB today but go out on their scheduler? Just trying to batch.
@@NewLeafEFT The mobile app is free and the Android 'Campaign Share' app is live, still waiting for the iOs to go live. But if you don't have the mobile app yet, you can still post to Facebook Groups within our desktop publisher. It will wait for the app to be installed and when you log into the mobile app you'll see all posts there waiting to be sent. You can then send each post using whatever spacing you want so you don't flood your group. Our app will tell you which you've already published by showing a green checkmark next to the posts that are published.
The mobile app is free and the Android one is live already. If you are waiting on the mobile app you can still publish to Groups in the web app. Once you log into the mobile app, they will be there waiting. Once you send one it will indicate it is sent by a green checkmark, so you'll be able to stay organized as you send them little by little to catch up.
i need help i made a new account and everytime i log in it goes into my first one and it doesnt do anything i can only log into my laptop but not my phone or ipad
You mean the mobile app? There is a LOGOUT option if you click the burger icon. When you click that, it should allow you to login to the other account. Is that what you're referring to?

So I'm in Australia and we don't have 'workspace preferences'. It's called 'account preferences' and it looks kind of similar, but it's telling me that I can't post to my personal Facebook.
Please refresh your browser's cache. It will allow you to do it today, the update was finished last night, pacific time. Account Preferences is the same as Workspace Preferences. It's called Account Preferences if you're not an agency, sorry for the confusion.
We do plan to offer multiple white label profiles, but that will likely be exclusive to AgencyPro subscribers. You will be able to assign different branding for each Pricing Plan. For example, you could have a Real Estate Pricing Plan and have a look & feel that is more professional. You could also have a Barbie agency and everything will be pink!!! 🙂
Good Question! You could also do this with a White Label account. The only difference in this case is that you would set up the workspaces for them. You would still use the Agency Users tab to tether their workspaces together just like in the video.
Great feature! I think that it should default to hold for approval since it’s a new client and an automated feature. The option to give them a checkbox that is default “hold for approval” would also be helpful, since it would tell them that blog posts are held for approval, unless they deselect it.
