1. Sociamonials Bot: This is on our frontend website. It answers questions about our pricing plans, etc.
2. White Label Bot: This shows in the software area only and it doesn't mention Sociamonials. It is like an interactive Knowledgebase with links to videos and other resources (which are also white label).
3. Account Owner Bot: This shows in the software area only and can help agencies setup their software as well as everything the White Label Bot does.

Hi Craig It's awesome !! Bravo for all your team and Mona. My clients are French. Is it possible to configure the bot from the start in French? How can I ensure that the help links go to explanations in French (video included) or to my help page? . Georges - Immo social Boost

Hello! It has already had some great conversations in French (I've been monitoring it). As for greeting them in French, good idea. I have been exploring the API that the chatbot uses and will start integrating some of those account and agency specific personalization features over time. I'm still in the early learning phase though.

Hi, first of all I love the software so far. I do have a major question when it comes to the Training where do you advise we go. Here on RU-vid playlist Dated 2yrs old. Or the 1hr video on the website. to ensure we get all the right information. Lastly do you have a quick How to to avoid having all channels listed icons circles ? Thank you

Hello, you can make the social profiles not selected by default by hovering over them and switching off the default setting. Currently, the best way to learn the entire software is the 1 hour full training video. I've redone all the help article videos, but that is for specific issue resolution or how to do one particular thing.
