I can save you over 16 minutes. You wind a lot of wire around a core. People have wasted over 9,000 hours of their lives watching what I just described.
Howdy. Greetings from Finland. About getting laminations and bobbins. Search eBay for "line transformer" or "audio line transformer". One will have several matches: I used a match to the vendor "Parts Express". They have 100 W and 70 V items on stock. The price was abot 30 dollars a piece. I ordered two items. The laminations are audio grade steel. I got them yesterday (26.03.2021). I intend to rewind them for my DIY KT88 PP PA. I express my gratitude to Parts Express and eBay. Regards.
Firstly, my congratulations for a nice and precise machine, I have one question, the big motor of the tensioner, how does it operate, It takes distance information from the measuring strip and does what? Is it holding or is it releasing...the spool or both and in that case it could be a stepper as well... I know it is a very long time ago. Thank you for your time. regards AE
Lack of explanation and poor framing. Interesting to watching but nothing learned about the why. After showing the entire machine once zoom on xfmr itself.
I once had a job as a painters assistant - my duties were limited to watching the final product dry. It was slightly more stimulating than watching this video. Maybe some narration? maybe?
How to make or "making"? Un poco de teoría sobre el "cómo calcular la fabricación del transformador para llevarlo a la propia fabricación" se apreciaría sobremanera. De todas formas interesante el video.
what range of diameter are you looking for , i think diameter around 6-8 mm should work fine on this type of setup as the sewing thread bobins are of similar size and are winded in such machines, not sure of lower diameters , depends on wire dia
