Hi mam, thanks for this video. I am being a beginner of using oven, I learnt how to bake a cake in convection mode. Can carbon steel utensils or nonstick coated aluminium ware be used in convection mode for baking?
Thank you for your effort, easily and clearly explained. I have two questions please: If I put it on the top of a cake, would it harden? If I put it in the middle of a vanilla cake, like vanilla layer then chocolate layer then vanilla layer and back it, would it be still running what I cut a piece? Thank you from heart in advance for your reply and help. Best wishes.
Thank you, I understand whatever you have said! But I am not kind of confirmed. I am using a microwave first time, so I just wanted some answers... I hope somebody or you replies! Thank you for the content though! • Does preheating mean setting a temperature in convection mode without anything except the temperature measurer thing? • One day I baked without preheating at 180° C for 10 mins and it was done but it was cooling down. It took hours to cool down but it didn't even stop cooling so I turned the main switch off and my food was burnt! •Which is the main temperature to bake cereals?
Hello Mam you explained very clearly. I would like to know and I am confused that many recipes the chefs say preheat your oven to 15 or whatever temperature. How do we have to do that. In your video it says that oven by default comes to 180 degrees but how do we set the time of the preheat as the chefs say. Will be obliged if you respond thanks.
Thank you you have no idea how much you just help me. I was so confused as being a new Baker I need all the help I can get thank you I hope you have a wonderful day. God bless.
Hi i've try it several times and it keeps coming out crumbs, either microwave or stove. I do hope with your tips that i will succeed. I love baking and experiment. I'm from Namibia ❤🎉
Brilliant. Clear. Explained why. Easy. Never done it before. Looks great. I put some orange oil in. It may not set 'crisp', but some softness to the chocolate woukd be great . Thank you. Good job.
I made this and I omitted corn syrup and accidentally used too much water how can I rectify this? Also I used dalda and sugar in the ratio of 2 cup dalda is 5 cup sugar
