These type of questions should be asked for research students , not for engineering students . Engineers are here to solve problem , not memorize formulas . Most of these theories go to vein at engineering
Not roughly equal to 2x but exact. By this, you have expressed that you don't know much about limits which form the definition of derivatives. You said dy/dx is approximately equal to 2x, this is wrong. Also, dy/dx is not equal to 2x+h nor approximately 2x. I watched your video just to see the worthiness of your confidence. You are misleading people who want to learn this basically. You don't know about 'difference quotient' formula. What actually happens: When the right hand and the left hand limits are same, the limit is said to be ordinary limit. Now we have, delta y / delta x = ((x+h)^2 - x^2)/h = (x^2 + h^2 + 2hx - x^2)/h = (h^2 + 2hx)/h = h + 2x , representing slopes of secants about x. So, limit of (delta y / delta x) as delta x(here it is h) approaches 0 = limit ((x+h)^2 - x^2)/h as h approaches 0 = lim (h+2x) as h approaches 0 = lim h (as h approaches 0) + lim 2x (as h approaches 0) = 0 + 2x = 2x , represents the slope of tangent at x. This 'limit' is called as 'the derivative of x^2 with respect to x' and denoted by the symbol "d x^2 /dx" Therefore we write as, d x^2 / dx = 2x How this limit evolved requires a detailed and deep analysis of graphs and patterns, intiution, slopes of secants and their behaviour about the slope of tangent in their neighbourhood etc. All this cannot be done in comment section but needs a lot of space. If people demand, I will definitely be providing a series of lectures for them about limits, derivatives and integrals, integrals from negative infinity to infinity, and so on depending upon their needs. Again I say, don't mislead people! The last point: You said people how they know 2x = dy/dx for y = x^2, this follows from nx^(n-1)=dy/dx for y = x^n, n is any real number except irrational values. This general formula also comes from the same definition described above. Study again the limits carefully, strengthen your basics and get the intuition required for understanding the derivatives. Then come and teach whoever you want!
Thank you bhaiya. I actually saw your vedio in 11 th standard now I am in 12 th . I used to study a lot a lot of questions but I never scored above 100 in jee main .( The reason was my weak physics as my faculty weren't good at Allen ) But in 12 th I took in charge and luckily my physics faculty also are changed and because him I understood concepts deeply and now I am able to score even 180+ mks in jee main and 55/180 in jee advance . Thankyou for making me realise that I had a major fault in my jee prep
It's all about the temperament u maintain in the examination. Jee advance is definitely a tough examination but there are doable questions which checks your patience your calculation and ability to handle new and unknown conditions. Best of luck for your future work hard! Grind hard! 😊
Boy... Muje drop hona hai...mast youtuber banunga...bandi k saath trip k videos banaunga.. After result...hey jaganaath... parmanand yeh mere saath kya hua.... 😂😂😂
Recommend a book that explains and elaborates the theoretical part really well. For Trigonometry, Calculus, Advanced Algebra and Coordinate geometry etc.
Never thought coordinate geometry could be this hard . By the way I am a 9 th CBSE student and our coordinate geometry chapter was like we treat it like nothing thats why i am so shocked
