Hinduism is based on the Vedas, yet it wasn’t called Hinduism then. That’s a name which was later on used to describe the people living close to the Indus River and even later on, for people following a broad variety of practices originating from the Vedas. Yoga was surly influenced by the Vedas, yet not defined as Yoga in the Vedas. Over time it created its own practices, sometimes closer to vedic teachings, sometimes completely different. This can be read in the history available… if you have a different view, please share it with us. Yet, I believe the comment section of this video isn’t the right place. for this discussion. Maybe write us an email: move@ineayoga.com Om Shanti!
