Interesting post. Curious who is qualified to write academic paper. Sorry if my question is silly. I am not an academic but at some point in my career, some would ask, "Do you have published work?" Hence, I ask: Can any college graduate publish his thesis? Can a master's student publish his "papers?" Can an expert professional publish his work? What is the basic qualification if you want to publish in a journal?

Hello... It really depends on the program over the university. You look first on what the program/curricular contents first. Do you want to take them, do you need them in your professional practice? What are the requirements. Of course, a national univ will be more prestigious, but I believe that you can choose based on quality and usability over prestige. :)

Hello :) They are better in different ways actually... Both offer a 4-year program... Siguro in my opinion, if you want a focus on speech and language, you can go to UP... if you want more auditory and ear care, baka UST has an advantage. I might be wrong, but yun. :)
