Since it wasa mating season for dogs , my male dog was staying outside our house with a female dog for two days and eating less food . Then he came back and everything was good , suddenly he stopped eating , has a slight fever , was vomiting yellowish substance. Now the vomiting of yellowish substance has stopped. But not eating anything. Only drinking water and vomiting it out . We don't have any vet nearby , plz help sir .
