Do you think it worth getting a Glock 19, knowing I’m only allowed to have a capacity of 10 rounds? I’m already familiar with the 43x, 26 and 19. I enjoyed shooting all three. I was wondering because of the dimensions of the 19 with a 10 round magazine.
After watching your outstanding video on cleaning the 1911, I had to check out your trip to the range. Your experience with accuracy and reliability with the TSAS is the same as mine. After a year I have had no issues with mine. Thank you.
U can't fix stupid. When TSHTF, you pull and shoot; not cock, or rack or anything else. If you wanna 'John Wayne', carry a SA revolver, not a 1911 or any auto pistol.
Bought a gen 2 American predator 6.5 CM yesterday. Love it. Threw on my old Nikon P223 3x9 scope. Fun shooting, almost have it sighted in with 6 shots @ 36 yds. Need to go for 100 asap. Really like the bronze cerecote barrel, and the green splattered stock. Cool combo. The AI mag is the same as on my Gunsite Scout .308. Thanks for the comparison of the 2 rifles.
The trigger is almost exactly the same. The TTI triger is SLIGHTLY and I mean slightly smaller in width. You would have to be an Canik enthusiast to notice a difference
Springfield probably has an excellent frame coating process that increases the durability of the aluminum due to the bearing surface being a treated surface not just bare aluminum alloy
I love my PT 92. I have other handguns, but it's the last one I would give up. Feels so great in my hand and fires so well, with very little recoil. Quite easy to strip and clean. The only weakness is the sights, which can readily be improved by any gun shop.
Picked mine up a couple of weeks ago. Took it home, lubed the shit out of like I was Diddy, put it back together and sat on my couch just racking that slide for a good 20 minutes. It got smoother and smoother towards the end. Took it to the range with some 124g blazer ammo. Put about 300 rounds through it with absolutely ZERO hiccups or malfunctions. I may be stating the obvious but you guys need to lube this thing up properly and rack that slide for a bit to get it loosened up. Hope it works out for anyone having issues because this gun is an absolute PLEASURE to shoot and it looks damn good too. Cheers
I'm a long time revolver shooter who still shoots revolvers a lot, so when I take something like a Glock to the range, I tend to blow right through the wall while hardly noticing it So I really don't think I would change or modify the trigger on a Glock
….. “I bought this for a purpose.. For #1 I like 1911s.. #2, Well I just like 1911s.” ….. I feel the exact same way brother 😬👍🇺🇸!! … Dude that made me laugh so hard I almost fell off the toilet lol.. 👍🇺🇸
They worked good in WW2 because Colt made them with loose tolerances in order to run good right off the machine and why the RIA is a loose gun but also very accurate because they bought the WW 2 Colt machinery from Colt in the Philippines where many thousands were made.
The reason they say 500’ rounds in the production 1911 is because they are mass produced and have sharp edges and burrs that are removed in a custom made firearm , a little trick with new tight guns is put flitz cleaning polish on the rails of the slide and frame and move by hand back and forth several hundred times clean it good and slide the two together and you will see that they move much easier and better it’s because you have gotten them to start marrying.
Why are you paying 3500 bucks for a custom made hand built gun if you have to break it in it’s for protection of the company for living in a sue happy world I’ve never known anyone that has ever bought a hand built custom that don’t run good from day one now , Colt and Kimber Ruger Remington others I can understand them saying it they mass produce and the plastic ones have looser tolerances so they generally run good from the jump. I don’t own one
Yes, as others have commented, this is exactly how a disassemble/reassemble video should be. The narrator showed up close up details of what he was doing and explained each step very clearly in a slow, easy to follow fashion. Some many people out there rush through these disassemble/reassemble video and use terms expressions like "You know." No, I don't know or I would not be watching the video. Good job again and keep up the good work!
I just ordered the sand colored boots, my man. I've been waiting for a decent price on that kinda boot for a while. I took a 12 mile hike with gear a couple of months ago, and I realized I needed something better. Thx
I saw the order come through. I really appreciate it. What other types of products do you want to see? I'm seriously interested in the type of things people want.
Well, a well-made clip holster would be good. One that's not too cumbersome. I have a hard time finding a smaller one that holds a single. I also have these mesh/vinyl bags filled with shredded bamboo. I think they are made for a sports bag or locker, but they eat up stray moisture. Good for a carry case or safe. You could look into that.
@@BoomStickTactical there are a lot of things i see already that i like one is the fleece Jacket I like the pistol bag too hope to order something when i get paid next week
I disagree with you brother the Shield Arms S15 is reliable for me ,maybe my Glock 43X is an exception but I have had ZERO malfunctions with my GEN 2 Shield Arms Mags and it is my EDC and I'm totally 100% confident but that's just me I heard reports of issues though, so I'm open minded but my personal experience is that it goes bang every single time so I'm in ,keep up the knowledgeable content and informational videos young man, stay safe
Thanks for the video.just purchase my first gun and i dint have the extra money to buy the other alternatives to night sights. I can definitely afford $10-15 to paint the sights. Much appreciated
@@BoomStickTactical yes sir.. I have already taken 3 classes in the 3 weeks I've been a firearm owner I took a handgun basic class, I've taken an in person " when to Shoot " class hosted by the USCCA as well as watch every video i can on the USCCA website online training courses.. plus I've taken my CPL certification class and should be receiving that in 2-3 weeks.. plus I go train at the range 4-5 days a week and do various shooting drills that are available on the USCCA website. All I need to do is find an outdoor range that will allow me to take a defensive shooting class and be able to train to draw from my holster.. I'm spending every extra minute I can, watching videos and training at the range
