సార్ మా పక్క వారి పొలం నుండి భూమిలో వాటర్ పైప్లైన్ గత ఆరు సంవత్సరాల క్రితం తెచ్చుకున్నాను దాని ద్వారా మా పొలానికి నీరు పెట్టుకుంటున్నాను చిన్న కొట్లాట వలన వారి పొలంలో నుండి మా పొలానికి వచ్చే నీటిని ఆఫ్ చేశారు ఈ విషయంపై మేము కోర్టుకు వెళ్లి ఇంజక్షన్ ఆర్డర్ తీసుకోవచ్చా ఎటువంటి ఇంజక్షన్ ఆర్డర్ ఇస్తారు దయచేసి తెలుపగలరు

Sir, my interlocutory application is not being heard by the Hon’ble Court. Is there a specific timeframe within which it must be addressed and finalized? Without an interim order or relief, I will face further hardship, and my filing of the OS could be jeopardized. Please advise on how I can expedite the hearing of my IA 🙏

Sir, the way you are explaining things is simply superb. While thanking you for the same, I invite ur kind attention to the step of issuing summons. Sir you mentioned that after numbering, the court will direct plaintiff to issue summons. In this regard please kindly clarify the following 1. Whether summons has to be drafted n signed by the Plaintiff? 2. Whether Plaintiff has to send such summons to the Defendant by Regd post himself? 3. When to pay court fee?, who in the court, will calculate n confirm the court fee? 4.which official we have to meet first in the court, when we are filing a civil suit? I would be grateful to you if you could enlighten me on these points please
