From the age of 18, I followed my dreams, became a professional motorcycle rider, although after a severe injury the doctors told me it would not be possible. I had a long and complicated career studded with many injuries, which have often seen me nullify results that would have been possible. I raced at the highest levels in motocross, enduro and supermotard and I have worked with many Teams and Motorcycle manufacturers. On 2014 after winning the overall of an extreme rally Race in Croatia I decided that it was time to quit. From 2005 I’ve founded my own Team “Flite Racing Team” and since 2009 I brought to the fore a rider that everyone gave up, Graham Jarvis. In 2015, I started a new adventure and after buying Goldentyre brand, and thanks to my skill I started a new challenge, bring to the users products as only FACTORY RIDERS was allowed to use. Today I live between England, Emirates, Singapore and China, because I think we are people and we have legs we are not tree with roots!!!
When I repair my tubed tires, by taking them off and replacing the $20 inner tube, they remain fixed. I didn't just sweat my balls off on the side of the road in order to temporarily patch my tires so that they'll make it to a shop, where I'll have the privilege of spending $250.
You are somewhat right, but think about what you do if you have a puncture in your car. You repair it, and that’s it. It’s not temporary. If it’s well done and costs 2 USD, it can last. I have a repaired tire on my Africa Twin, and it works perfectly, and I even made the hole with a drill for demonstration.
I think it is smart move by Fabio & Yamaha. If he moves to any completive manufacturer than still he has to spend one year for adaptation (that too I4 to V4) and one year for challenging for title (provided everything goes well). Then 2027 new regulation would come and than it's a different ball game. So, Fabio thought well that he may just win few races in the next 2 years with new manufactures but no serious title challenge. Instead he can get $24M (2years) and make nice money and make a decision on 2027 depending on the competitiveness of manufactures at that time. It is more a level playing field by than. From Yamaha's side after the retirement of Rossi, Vinales to Aprilia and Franco to Ducati.. There no longer having any race winners and more important championship winners on M1 apart from Fabio. So, it nice to keep that formula (once winning formula) intact even though they don't win much for next 2 years. They can afford this as they don't have high profile riders (who cost more) like Rossi and Vinales. They don't need to spend anything on satellite team as of now and may be bit if they get one. So, they don't mind keeping young Fabio in their arsenals.
Fabio is playing the long game; maybe he's secretly a chess grandmaster in disguise! Seriously, what you said is 100% correct. In modern MotoGP, where data are more important than ever, having a satellite team can help in growing faster. This is why they are trying to push in that direction. The problem is that I don't believe the VR46 option will come true because Pertamina pays real money, so they expect to have the best bike available. But there are not too many options. It could be Gresini if MM93 moves to Pramac next year, but even this is a big question mark. I believe that after the Mugello race, we will understand the next step. Also, I hope that in the next week, they will announce the new rules for 2027
Marc has plenty of money, the 1 thing he doesn't have is Valy beat. He doesn't have the time to wait on Honda to build a competitive bike to let him have the chance to beat Valy. That's all it's about now. I think once/if he can beat his record he will retire.
It's definitely a tough challenge for Marc, but never underestimate his determination! Because if he is in front, well otherwise he risk to finish his career here. Hond can be ready to compete and not towin in 2025, and thinking a way back in 2026, when he start to be 33, with all the phisical problems he faced...not easy, because a new generation of riders is arriving, Pedro docet.
He know that Yamaha needed him. For him he also know that he will not be able to take on KTM n Ducati machinery with present Yamaha power. He is a good rider. He got nothing to lose. Got a good pay cheque sure it will not see thec12 millions. It had to go the his manager n all the management fee. He had nothing to lose staying in Yamaha after all..😂
Loyalty is great until your friend eats the last slice of pizza without asking! Good Money, and not other real option...I believe in BMW project and he is a candidate.
A Risk that he dont outperform Alax and Maverik😂😂😂😂?????What Kind of FQ20 hater are you??FQ20 is Top3 of the best riders in Motogp thats why Yamaha made him the best pay rider!!And FQ20 did not throgh away the Titel in 22 it Was a masterclass to even compete for the Titel with this bike!!!!!
I like FQ20 a lot, but jump on a V4 after a career on a 4 in line needs time of adaptation. Do you remember when Maverik arrived in Aprilia all the people said, now we will see the real potential of Aprilia..and what happen? if he jump on a V4 at least needs one year to understand the bike, heis champ not a God.
Do you really believe he his a top rider just because he is fast? All these guys are super fast, the difference comes from the mind...and as we have seen, FQ20 is not that strong...
@@accountingdepartment87 you must now better but look at 21 and 22 against 6-8 ducatis all much better bikes than his!!His rookie Saison was great only 20 he could be Champion and miss it !!!He is top 3 with a competetiv bike always will he fight for championchips ,just fact not fanboying!!
MM won 20 millions for years with Honda, he approached the end of his career. Also he had no alternative. And Yamaha is dedicated to rise up. So no, comparing MM's situation to Fabio's is irrelevant. Finally remember that in 2027 everything and everyone will start anew, (no aero new power limit to 850CC) and being loyal to a constructor that could very well be one of the best is a smart decision.
Yes, first, I don't like MM93 at all, but he give up to 24 milions, plus an extension for othe 6/4 years in Hionda, at the age of 31 to try to go back on the top. FQ complains for two years and now sign again with Yamaha with no chance to return competitive in the next two years...Anyway do you really believe Ducati, KTM, Aprilia are going to desappear in 2027?
@@Karibo969 no they won't, however the playing field will be levelled all over again so they all will start anew, therefore Yamaha will no longer have any lateness.
I don’t normally watch your videos and I won’t watch any more after watching this one. I find it very disrespectful to say things like “I’m not a fan of Marc Marquez”. Do you watch this sport? Marc is the most talented and dedicated rider that has ever been on a MotoGP bike. He has given so much to this sport. Let’s be a bit more respectful. Or if you are going to say something like that, explain why you dislike Marc. If your only reason is that you are a Valentino Rossi fan, it’s time to do some serious research into both of these riders. Vale is exactly like Marc but just plays to cameras a bit more than Marc.
Sorry but I don't understand what are you trying to say, he is honest and he says that he doesn't like MM not that MM is a bad rider or something else. It's normal and positive people having different opinions not everyone thinks the way you might want 😉
Maybe I should stick to talking about the weather instead of MotoGP! I am not fan of Valentino, I was a rider, and I know how is the game, you have to be a killer, if you don't bite you are eaten. As I already said in other video for me MM93 is one of the most talented rider in the history, but i don't like him until now. But as I already said is surprising me in positive way, his choice merit respect. If you want to know I don't like FQ20 attitude in the last two years, he cried like a child because he don't has a good bike and now you signed with them? it's not unrespectuful it's just be realistic my dear!
Though I am a Yamaha fan and tuner, I for sure say you are a bullshitter who knows nothing what is happening in motoGP. You just reading the internet and watching others RU-vid. What you are saying, is already said by others days ago. Some riders eat their guts with Fabios contract 😂😂 The problem in motoGP is not Yamaha and Honda technology but Dorna and ducati agreements behind closed doors. This is why this lucrative business was sold. All other factories forced Dorna to quit. As for bmw, where do you see any success with them? They have been failing for years! What is the basis of your statement? Because of a single win with the turk? How many years they produce the s1000RR? They won NOTHING even in a natural championship 😂😂😂
The good Fabio it’s ridiculous! He cried for two years…it looks like Yamaha locked him in a gold gate…and now renew! 😮 as you said MM93 had the bravery to make all in !!! 😅
