Hello everyone, nice to meet you! I take a critical look at many games and provide my opinion on which of the many releases is actually worth your hard earned money. Nobody likes spoilers so I take great care in showing as little spoilers as possible while still providing a clear picture of what the game is like and what to expect.

The voice acting of this is surpreme! I love the scene were it shows the Taken is actually you, posessed by the Atherials and almost choked to death as a human (with some Aether leftovers) after the spirit left your body.

The most memorable moment was meeting the old man went mad that talks with his doll / son. I knew I shouldn't have push him to return back to camp. That's one of the event where my decision matter.
Gameplay wise, GD is waaay better than D3. But on an story and cinematic viewpoint, D3 impacted me more than GD. But if I have to choose one... I mean... GD all the way
Dead Effect 2? Given the time it was released and as cheap as you could get it? It was NEVER an expensive game and reviews? Got to remember that is just THAT person's opinions and just like different folks? A lot of different people have different opinions about this game. Me? Higher opinion of it and this reviewer is half right about this game. The graphics are actually sharp but the downside? VERY RECYCLED but what was done was done really nice but you definitely will NEVER be mistaken thinking your on another colony ship! But yes, the environment pallet is rather limited but it works nicely. The one thing that DID annoy me with Dead Effect was there is NO JUMP BUTTON. You are literally glued to the ground the entire time but? If your enjoying the game? You get used to it. As far as the graphics on the weapons? What does he want them to look like? A lite up Christmas tree in you hands? They are done realistically and with the crazy number of weapons in the game (granted a lot of them are just different skins for the SAME gun) what is there to be disappointed with? The story? Actually isn't bad and it is ORIGINAL but he did nail it on the voice acting! LOL. But this gives the game it's own personality and it's bad enough that you got to laugh at it like certain other titles I know of (Original first three Resident Evils anyone?). But the difficulty is a bit wonky and most of it is determined HOW powerful you weapon is compared to YOUR LEVEL. Zombies automatically level up with your level but your weapons? NOT. Running with a gun a level below yours? Gun is at roughly half strength against your zombies that are at your level? Two levels down? Might as well throw it away. Plus side? ANY weapon you find at the time of you level? Will also be AT your level. Bad news? You can't equip it until you finish the level you are on. This game ISN'T as bad as he is making it sound and it is a cheap title versus what it is actually giving you. An almost mindless zombie shooting game? Well yes ONCE you figure out you MUST keep your weapons up to YOUR LEVEL at least and if you can upgrade them beyond that? The gun will be useful for another level or two. You really do level up fast in this game but the plus side? Level 20 cap so leveling up become moot after that point. Also means you can actually start collecting your favorite weapons because you WON'T out level them anymore. So if I had to rate this game? Better than average, it does have a rough corner here and there but nothing that completely takes away from the entire game and it's a good CHEAP game.
I bought this with expansion earlier this week on XBSX for £6.25, worth every penny so far, can't wait for 2, because of the quality of this I'll buy it day one on console, I have Chorus on PS5, you'll love that if you liked this, you can literally drift while firinh in the opposite direction, really fun mechanic once you get comfortable with it, controls in Chorus are more intuitive than this but I like it so far, be a bargain by now even if I'd finished, reminded me of an old mobile game (this one has incredible console graphics btw) called Galaxy on Fire, something like that, was a decent game for a mobile game anyway.
This video is giving me sooooo much DOOM 3 vibes visually, even has a Pinky demon looking enemy and zombies, even fat ones... Though no relations to Doom are mentioned gameplay vise, not sure how loot system works in an fps game.
Having a hard time enjoying this game. Being constantly blown up by large groups of enemies just gets old. I might get back to this game if I have more time to really figure it out.
2022 and yep its still bugged, not that cheap either... $27 for the definitive edition on Steam's summer sale. Don't see why this hasn't or shouldn't be fixed
Your comparison is bullshit. Grim Dawn: you buy game and the cashgrab is over. Path Of Exile: game is free, but you need to pay for extra stash space you cannot possibly play without. Then, currencies and probabilities are so convoluted that you'll end up buying currency online from black market, run by -- GGG. How is this still legal is beyond me. So you're comparing a completely normal old school game with absolutely no pay2 win elements, to a predatory cashgrab lying "random" number generator clothed to look like a game. Nice job... "Comparison" my ass.
poe is great but something was left behind when they went for super customization of gear rather than putting more focus into how the game plays and feels. poe is all about getting gear so good you one shot the entire screen plus a few. what comes with that is never feeling the impact or power of your character. it feels literally no different to go from 10 mil dps to 20 mil dps. it only shaves boss fights by 10 seconds but literally who tf cares lmao. Mobs actually feel like mobs in grim dawn rather than just bugs you one shot in path of exile. grim dawn is a way better experience overall especially if you are a hardcore player. POE is better if you like pushing builds to their absolute limit.

My sister wants to enjoy this amazing game, but she gets far too angry when it comes to the Lander on the planets due to all her mistakes. I've figured out how it works honestly, and yet I still make mistakes. But the game is far too lovable for all the hate it receives. The music, the visuals, the different encounters, the physics of Space, even the characters. It's all so good and I don't even get frustrated when I mess up. I will now admit. My first proper main game I failed. But so what. I've learned for next time. I know why I failed. I chose the wrong galaxy for my first mission, so I had to choose to kill a character just to diffuse the tension between the Ilitza race and my characters. Blew up the Lander with a failed ejector on a Hell planet next. Then I kinda just thought I'll try and make it to the star system where I should've been the first time, and the last two suffocated and died. And then I just ended up being an emotional wreck, which is why the game is so beautiful to me. I'm glad my sister got me intrigued by the game. And I am very intrigued. I love the challenges you have to deal with too. It is so worth it, especially because I bought it with the 90% off deal, with five hours to spare.
Hey I'm new to X Rebirth. Is it possible to fire weapons with the left mouse button? In the settings I can choose from every key, except the left mouse button, it's hella annoying.
my last x game was the every first one and x the threath. Now I'd like to start with X again but what would you recommend? WIth X Rebirth or X4 Foundations?
