Our racks are 74 inches tall, 60 inches wide, and 24 inches deep. They work great with standard-sized boxes and really help maximize the space. Good luck with your setup!

I could be wrong, but I am 99% sure that the square lululemon logo actually means that that piece of clothing went through their “Like New” program. Where you can take your lulu pieces you don’t use or want anymore to a store and they’ll give you money for them. Then lululemon resales them for cheaper in their “Like New” program. And that’s when they add the square. They aren’t actually changing their logo.

Yes, we do source from TJ Maxx sometimes! We've heard of managers selling entire pallets, but it’s not something we’ve personally done yet. It’s definitely an interesting option, though, and could be a great way to get a lot of inventory at once. Have you tried sourcing that way before? How do you determine what platform to sell on? If you crosslist, how are you managing to ensure the same item doesn't sell on other platforms, before you can edit quantity or delete the listing?
We start every listing off on eBay due to its size and audience, then we use AutoPosher to cross-list and manage items across other platforms. One of the great features of AutoPosher is its auto delist/relist function, which automatically removes sold items and can even relist older items to keep them fresh. It’s a huge help in managing our inventory efficiently!

We visit a few different stores regularly for retail arbitrage, but some of our favorites include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross. These stores often have great deals on brand-name items that resell well. We also keep an eye on clearance sections in places like Walmart and Target. It's all about being consistent and checking often to find the best deals!
when you send your pics to your VA do you just upload them and send them over to the VA ? and the VA then creates the listings off the pictures they see with description and add pics? and if you dont mind me asking around how many items can your VA list within an hour time period or do you just pay them by item? thank you Also do you sell a lot of Bundles of same name brand shirts or do you list everything seperate and just let people bundle

No, we don't list items as "new without tags" unless we are absolutely certain that the item is in brand-new, unworn condition. If we find something in excellent condition that may appear unworn, but we can't verify that it's never been used, we typically list it as "like new" or "excellent used condition."
Can you do a video on Autoposher? I had someone tell me you have to verify every item manually on Auto posher. Is this true and if it is wouldnt that take forever???
